We presented Bethell Projects with a challenge; to perform a complete renovation of our two floor garden flat, bringing it up to the high standard demanded from the central London lettings market, but on an extremely tight budget. From the moment we approached Rebecca Bethell we were impressed by her enthusiasm and knowledge. She made the time to consult with us extensively; was more than willing to show us examples of similar renovations so we could see what was achievable and we quickly had a proposal for a creative and elegant solution which fit our budget. Throughout the project, Rebecca communicated with us regularly to ensure that everything proceeded according to our expectations and frequently went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that work was completed to the highest standard possible. The result was a beautiful, tastefully renovated flat, completed well within the agreed budget. The words of our lettings agent say it all – “I am staggered that a project of this scale could be completed so quickly, while maintaining such a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail”. We cannot recommend Bethel Projects highly enough and would gladly use them again on future projects.
