In just a short period of time from the very kick off of my little refurb project Beverley has been invaluable. Her local trade contacts, knowledge of prices and materials, designer eye have all come in to play. Beverley is also a clear, friendly communicator who is a pleasure to have on my side in the daunting world of home renovation! As a single woman it feels empowering to have an experienced project manager to guide me without ever feeling patronised.

I engaged Beverley as project manager for a listed build renovation project and it was the best decision I could have made. As an interior designer I needed someone to coordinate trades on what for me was a slightly remote project. Beverley brought in her trusted trades and managed them well in spite of the inevitable unforseen problems which crop up on every build or renovation. As the interior designer on the project we had a clear demarcation of roles and responsibilities and she's an excellent communicator and keeps calm in a crisis. I collaborated with Beverley on the interior design of a family home in Poole. During lockdown I worked remotely with the clients to plan the redecoration of their bedrooms, landing and stairs. The brief included selecting paint colours, wallpaper, carpets, curtains and furniture for a family of five. We were able to successfully complete the project using a combination of WhatsApp, emails, phone calls and photos without actually meeting in person. Beverley was on site overseeing the work and she managed the complete implementation of the design. She liaised with the clearance company, the joiner, the painter/decorator and carpet fitter to ensure the seamless delivery of the project within a tight timeframe to fit in around the client’s schedule and budget. It was a challenge to manage such a complex interior design project during lockdown and Beverley coordinated everything from planning through to delivery, managing dependencies along the way, in a truly professional manner. The client is delighted with the results.

Beverley managed a major renovation of our semi-detached cottage in Poole and I thoroughly recommend her as a dedicated and professional project manager. Beverley picked up the first phase of the work for me once I had already done the design and appointed some contractors and so I was extremely grateful to her for her flexibility as I handed over the reins through autumn 2020. As the project gathered pace Beverley took up a huge amount of work that would otherwise have fallen to my wife and I. We have three young kids and both work full time, so it is no exaggeration to say that our project would have quickly failed without Beverley being able to keep contractors on track, liaise between trades to manage dependencies (a massive job) and set quality standards and track snags. As 2021 arrived we started home schooling, continued full time working and needed to get our renovation over the line. Not only did Beverley make sure the initial work to entirely re-landscape our garden was completed to time and standard, but she also planned our phase 2 interior renovation and delivered this to the exact budget and schedule, working around the narrow period when we could vacate the top floor of our house. The results for our living space and for our family are fantastic and simply wouldn’t have been achieved without Beverley’s tireless work on our behalf.
