“We decided we wanted to modernise our home and make it stylish and practical for family life but had no idea where to start. We approached Hygge and Cwtch for help and never looked back. They took our brief and gave us so many ideas and options to choose from but at the same time helped guide us when we struggled with our decision-making. Their mock up drawings and site visits were always a delight, each time we looked forward to a sneak peak of the next exciting chapter of our build. Annie was so patient with us whilst advising us on the interior design. We were complete novices but Annie encouraged us to make some bold design choices and we are so glad she did. Everyone who visits our house is always full of admiration of how amazing it looks. We cannot thank Hygge and Cwtch enough. They have given us a home that we love living in.”

“I am delighted to have the opportunity to provide a testimonial for Esther Milardi of DiOro Interiors, Cardiff. She was recommended to me by a close friend who had employed her for the refurbishment of their bathroom. In April this year, Esther undertook the complete transformation of my guest room and some necessary work in my study area and the master bedroom. Esther is the fifth interior designer with whom I have worked and, in my experience, provides a uniquely professional service. She has a great sense of style and coordination. Not only does she design the project, after full consultation with her client about preferences and budget, and source and supply the components of the scheme, but manages the work throughout. She schedules and co-ordinates the team of excellent tradesmen who regularly work with her. She is on-site every day that work is taking place, on hand to deal with any unforeseen issues. Undertaking home improvements can be a stressful time for householders: when people are working in your home it can be disruptive and inconvenient and things do not always go to plan. Esther’s hands-on approach throughout the work removes that source of stress. She is completely in command of the project. I had every confidence that she would find solutions to any problems that arose during the refurbishment and had total peace of mind. The results of her design have been much admired by friends and family and I thoroughly recommend her both as a designer and as a project manager. Indeed, I recommended Esther to one of my neighbours who has been similarly impressed with her work.”

“I just wanted to let you know that we are extremely satisfied with both of our purchases. Customer service was so patient, knowledgable and helpful. We will recommend your products to all of our neighbours. The mural's material is exactly as you described it, nothing less than amazing. Installing the murals was also very easy, much easier than installing a standard wallpaper. Our wall murals became the focal point of our rooms. Now our only problem is figuring out what to order next :-)”
