“After purchasing our first investment rental property, we contacted Jasmin to help us create a standout design in a building with strong competition. We were impressed with Jasmin's portfolio, and particularly her knowledge and experience in the hotel sector. Her advice on design and understanding of commercial regulations was something we hadn't even considered. Now we've been made aware of this, we're very grateful to have future-proofed our property, without compromising on design. Jasmin put together several design concepts, all of which we loved, and would have been happy with. On asking Jasmin's professional opinion on which concept she preferred, we were excited by her knowledge of the of local area and the inspiration it gave her to incorporate that theme within the property. Again, something we would not have considered, let alone been able to implement ourselves. Jasmin was also able to provide us with where to purchase the furnishings she had chosen, as well as alternatives, and all within our budget and delivery deadlines. On a personal level, Jasmin was a joy to work with, always full of energy and great ideas, and went the extra mile at every stage of our journey. “I hired Rousseau Design to design and build a bespoke housing unit in my flat. It was to house a large plasma screen, and audio system plus sky box etc. Ben designed a beautiful walnut shelving unit and suede backing wall. An excellent 3D render as provided be fore I signed dod f the design. The turnaround time was very quick and the installation was seamless. It is very high quality and had stood the test of time. I would highly recommend Ben and Rousseau Design.”
