Jan has restored three bedrooms and a sitting room in our Edwardian house. Her work is of a very high standard and her attention to detail and finish is excellent. She has a very good eye for colour and design. Along with her her husband John no other professionals were needed to complete the restoration work, which was carried out speedily and within budget. We will be using Jan again this year and can highly recommend her work.

I bought the Manchester Red brick panels from the company, and I love them. I am not a DIY expert, but they were so easy to put up, and the extra "grout" that came with them made them even more realistic. Everyone is commenting on how realistic they are, and I am pleased as punch with them

I have known Lana for some time and have seen many examples of the magic she has worked for other clients. A couple of years ago I bought a large, Victorian house which had many original features intact, but was in need of a complete makeover from top to bottom. Other than wanting to keep the original fireplaces, deep skirting boards, lincrusta wallcovering and decorative covings, I didn't really have a particular 'look' in mind. Lana explained that the refurbishment would have to be completed in phases, with the first stage focusing on building work. The combination of her meticulous planning and extensive network of contacts meant that the replumbing, rewiring, complete window replacement and building of a new staircase were all completed on time, to budget and with the minimum of fuss. There was, of course, a lot of disruption during this part of the process but the end results were worth it. Lana's input into the design of the new, large double glazed sash windows has turned them into beautiful features, rather than functional objects. Her design of the new staircase to fit into a tight space demonstrates her technical expertise aswell as creativity. Phase 2 of the project involved the replacement of bathrooms and the kitchen. Lana designed the layouts for each, starting with a blank piece of paper. A number of options were explained to me, from the fairly straightforward replacement like-for-like of fittings, through to the complete rebuild including removal of walls. Having selected the preferred layout (I went for the complete rebuild), Lana then set to work sourcing unusual and stunning tiles, worktops, fittings and lighting. The results are amazing - totally functional rooms but beautiful at the same time. The final phase (for now, at least) of the transformation was the one which people normally associate with interior designers - furniture, fabrics, floor coverings, lighting and accessories. I confess to being hopeless at putting together combinations of colours, designs and textures but Lana is an absolute star. The array of products she is able to source from around the world is incredible and for each room I was presented with alternative schemes. I have contemporary furniture from Italy covered in fabric from France, sliding panels created from Japanese silk, light fittings from Portugal and bespoke furniture, hand crafted locally to Lana's original design. The overall look of the house is phenomenal. The original Victorian features have been brought back to life by careful choices of colour and are complemented throughout by the careful choice of modern materials. As if this isn't enough, Lana produces fabulous original artwork on canvas, glass, metal and wood. The perfect finishing touch to any room.

Emma is very creative and is really easy to talk to. She has helped me with the interior design of my new build house to install some colour and interest into what was a blank white box. She takes time to get to know your personality to help you create a very personal home and has come up with some fantastic ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. I would highly recommend.
Fiona Watkins Design Limited

We have used Fiona Watkins on a number of our projects, but our development of 'Larchwood', as a new build contemporary home, was the largest of these assignments. Fiona delivered a full service interior design, including but limited to: decor, finishings, kitchen, bathrooms, lighting and furniture. We truly believe that this fabulous, high value home would not have turned out as well as it did, without Fiona's design management. Fiona is not only an exceptional interior designer but her personable approach both with us and the contractor's on site made it so much more an enjoyable experience. Her services were also extended to the procurement of a variety of fixtures and finishings, including the kitchen and bathroom. She was able to negotiate some terrific deals and made considerable cost savings to the project. We would highly recommend Fiona to anyone wishing to appoint a talented Interior Designer. My old bathroom was very dated and dark. I knew I wanted to remove the bath and replace it with a large walk in shower but couldn’t figure out how the space would work. Pete used the 3D room design to show me how the reimagined space would work and how the colour scheme would look. I wasn’t sure about how the mirror would look in next to the window but Pete encouraged me to try this innovative method and explained why it would work. It completely made the bathroom and creates lots of light. I’m so pleased with how the bathroom has looked. Thank You so much!

Over lockdown I found myself growing very tired of the decor and furniture in my lounge. Myself and my three girls spend a lot of time in there particularly on an evening. With it being a Victorian terrace it already had beautiful original features in there but was looking very tired and lifeless. I decided to get in touch with Clare fir some inspiration and after our consultation felt very excited and inspired. She made me realise I didn’t need a huge amount to completely transform the space into the cosy room I longed for. I knew I wanted to go for dark walls but had no idea how to then furnish and accessorise. Clare did a full room design, helped and advised me with all of that and WOW the result is amazing, I absolutely love it. It’s made such a difference to my home. So much so I decided to invite Clare back to advise me on my bedroom. I had already painted the walls and bought a rug but needed help with styling. Clare sent me a shopping list of furniture and accessories to help. Again, she completely transformed the feel of the room, bringing it all together. I would highly recommend Clare for any interior advise.
