She has the ability to see potential in your home you never could have imagined, and then the ability to build her vision at a reasonable cost, greatly increasing the market value of your home. Lillian took my parents’ 50-year-old home and brought it into the 21st century, turning it into a like-new home. As a result of her creation we realized multiple bids upon listing and netted some $90,000 more upon sale than estimated by one of the largest real estate companies in the Twin Cities. She worked tirelessly to bring her vision to life, putting in unimaginable hours of time preparing the home for sale, with her keen eye noticing the smallest detail. I cannot say enough about her dedication to helping us prepare our parents’ home for its new owners, in making the design decisions for us which maximized the home’s potential and market value. “My wife and I had the best experience working with Karen and Amber. We don't even recognize our home, it's such a dramatic difference. GW came up with options we could choose from and were very knowledgeable about current design. They had a sub-contractor for every trade if needed, and we were very happy with all of them. The custom cabinets are AMAZING. Tile, fixtures, furniture. It all turned out beyond what we expected. A+ Thank you so much Karen and Amber, Mike and Stephanie”

“Shar recently staged a new construction home listed for sale. Unlike the other design and staging companies I interviewed, Shar was etremely collaborative and took the time to understand the project and my goals. The result was an interior that was consistent with the design of the home and, frankly, was absolutely stunning! The staging immediately turned an empty house into a warm and inviting home. “I used Birch Hill Interiors to stage the home of my parents, who had recently passed away. Roberta’s calm and gentle demeanor helped me with this emotional task in a sensitive, yet very efficient, manner. She quickly assessed what needed to be rented, and which of our own items we could use to stage the home. Roberta’s style is fresh and simple, with a modern and inviting feel. She transformed my parents’ somewhat dated and cluttered home into something that would appeal to any buyer. The difference was amazing, and I could not have imagined it on my own. “All I can say is WOW. This year I moved into my own apartment and was completely overwhelmed with the idea of decorating an entire space, alone. Stage to Stay was my saving grace. The dynamic duo, Katie and Mary, started by looking at my floor plan. Then, they came with me to the furniture store and helped me pick out pieces that were perfect for my space! Their work continued as they helped me decide on all my finishing touches, with my personal taste in mind, and responded instantly to any questions I had. I am so thankful I looked to professionals when decorating my apartment. When I get home from work I still find myself smiling: I love the furniture, decorations, and all of the finishing touches Katie and Mary recommended. Do not think any space is too little for their help, you should love the space you live in! I would recommend this professional, personable, and creative team to anyone!”

“I had tremendous support working with Cheryl and Linda from Bella Casa!!! We were doing a very large project of putting in a kitchen, laundry room, and finishing our living room. They were with us on every step in finishing our home. They were very knowledgeable and resourceful about products we needed to purchase. They made all of our contacts as we used local contractors for the work being done. They oversaw each stage of the project and made sure it was moving along. What was most important for me was:: They took care of any issues along the way if something was a challenge for us, we kept in our budget, and we just love how our house turned out!!!”

“We knew for years that we wanted to change our cookie-cutter, boxy bedrooms and bathroom into a master suite, but were never able to imagine the possibilities. It was our good fortune to contact Tracy Hains and Calie Cavic to help us solve our dilemmas. They provided several options and were so perceptive about our style and preferences. From start to finish, they listened to us and paid attention to all details whether large or small. We were so fortunate that most competent trades people were chosen for our project. The results are fantastic and we now refer to our remodel as our "boutique getaway". In the future, we would like to do additional work in our home and will most certainly turn to Che Bella Interiors to facilitate the project.
