“Generally very positive. The small problems we had were generally not down to Linda at all, and she project managed us through these very well, and was always responsive. My only slight issues of the job overall were all post pandemic related and probably not so relevant now. One contractor who was a bit unreliable/uncommunicative and gave us all a headache. Price obtaining materials/appliances so that we had a decent overspend. Some of the original estimates we had were too low, and contractors were just unable to deliver on price, even when we changed designs. As I said, I think that was contractors raising their prices opportunistically. In general, you’d be mad to attempt a significant remodel with out a decent designer/project manager, and we are very happy with Linda’s services”

“We have worked with Alex at Goose Collaborative on a number of rooms at our house. I never imagined we’d require the services of an interior designer as I have a pretty good sense of Interiors myself (and am well equipped with my subscription to House & Garden magazine!!) My husband and I have worked in fashion industry for several years so I guess we consider ourselves to have a reasonable good sense of style; but we purchased our ‘forever home’ about 5 years back, an Old Rectory and the task was too overwhelming to tackle without a guiding hand. I always came away feeling that my ideas were validated but somehow always improved upon. When budget was an issue Alex was able to offer options that were in keeping with what we wanted to achieve. At other times when we wanted more statement-making fabric choices she showed us possibilities we may not have otherwise explored. I would unreservedly recommend Alex and the rest of Goose Collaborative to anyone looking to uplift a room or a complete an entire overhaul of their house.”
