Charlotte has assisted us with decorating and installing furniture in our last three homes. She completely understands her client and is AMAZING at sourcing items that we struggled to find ourselves. She has created fantastic homes for us. Including decoration, furniture and accessories. Charlotte has a huge knowledge and contacts that saved us hours. She’s great at co-ordinating any deliveries and work too! Totally recommend her.

I cannot express enough how incredibly grateful I am for Charlotte Candiller’s help on my project. After a previous contractor and designer left the job in complete disarray, Charlotte came in and turned everything around with astounding expertise and dedication. From day one, she took full ownership of every detail that needed fixing. She expertly managed a tricky joinery task and tackled an extremely challenging marble project – not only did she manage to remove the old marble top without damaging the kitchen, but she also flawlessly installed new marble. On top of that, she rectified numerous issues with a badly fitted bath and marble sink, ensuring everything was perfect. She also worked on infinite amounts of other tasks. Beautiful joinery, beautiful marble kitchen, replacing coving and skirting , coordinating the new contractor and sub contractors. She has an incredible understanding of what it takes to see a project through to completion at the highest standard. Her network of subcontractors is equally top-notch – they share her commitment to quality and attention to detail, and it shows in every part of the work. Not only is Charlotte a true professional, but she’s also a delight to work with! She’s full of energy, approachable, and brings such a positive, can-do attitude to the project. She made what seemed like an overwhelming task feel manageable, and she did so with ease and confidence. In just four months, Charlotte completely transformed the project, fixing all the previous mistakes and delivering an exceptional result that far exceeded my expectations. I have used Urban Cape in 3 different properties in London. Urban Cape were most helpful when we wanted to pull together the interior of our basement space. We needed it to work for both the adults in the family as well as two pre teen children ie we wanted a flexible, relaxed space but one that was quite sophisticated too. Urban Cape's leather cupboard doors and their joinery as well good lighting made all the difference to the space. Their leather is certainly the best value for money that I have come across for any interior project - good range and excellent quality. (It's been in 3 years and despite balls being bounced off it and children romping through the space it still looks immaculate). They also helped us design a very useful wine cellar that fits between 'dead' space under the stairs and a supporting pillar. The cellar is a 'feature' in the room and is frequently commented on. A great project that is standing the test of time.

Charlotte from Urban Cape was the interior designer we used to restyle and furnish our contemporary three bedroom apartment. Charlotte had original ideas and a huge network of contacts. She sourced man power when needed, a variety of samples (fabrics/wallpapers/paints) and was able to provide a range of furniture that would work well in our home. She co-ordinated everything from beginning to end ensuring dates of delivery, payments and the finishing touches.
