Demelza Smith is a Londoner with 20 years design and construction experience. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Design Studies, she worked at various design agencies before transitioning into the property field. Her first-hand experience in sales at a highly reputable London estate agent equipped her with the knowledge to branch out alone into property developing. Over the last decade, she has worked on a variety of London refurbishments, from flat conversions to full residential renovations. Demelza is highly - skilled and passionate about home exteriors, interiors and the intricate details that personalise someone’s living space encompassing their character.
