Natalie really helped me make the right building and design decisions for my kitchen. She listened to our views and worked with me to come up with designs that had elements of what’s on trend but that worked for me and my husband. So not too modern. Originally I had wanted a separate utility room but she made me realise this wasn’t a good use of the space. And that actually we didn’t have a need for one. It was her idea to reposition the kitchen sink, boiler and black door. And these have made such a difference to the shape and space. Her suggestion for skylights and their positioning was also spot on. She created mood boards and talked us through her ideas and changed them based on our views. These and the 3D pictures she produced really helped us to visualise her designs. She was very aware that we had a budget to stick to. When we discussed her designs she also talked to me about project managing things. I really wish I’d taken her up on this option. My builders were lovely and very tidy and organised, but there are so many little decisions you have to make across the project. And when you’re coping with the upheaval of a kitchen building project and juggling other things it can get very pressured. I realise now what she meant, that she would have been talking up front and on a regular basis to them so that we knew all of the timelines and decisions we’d need to make well in advance, and nothing would need to be decided last minute. This would have been a god send.

Natalie did a great job helping me to design my new space and I am really thrilled with the finished result. She brought fresh ideas that I wouldn't have considered. I am not very adventurous with colour and her new colour combination ideas were helpful. From furniture placement to budget control, Natalie helped with every aspect. Without her I would not have the fabulous space I do and I can't thank her enough.
