I was in a real pickle, I had a week to design and buy an entire bathroom as my builder had an unexpected cancellation. Having a 2 hour session with Victoria helped me to get all of the ideas that were spinning around my head in to a good solid plan. She came up with lots of super suggestions and was incredibly quick to understand what my vision for the room was. She was really knowledgable, she could easily point me in the direction of which shops sold the items I had in mind and came up with so many improvements to my plan. I’m so pleased I invested in her as I know I’ll have the new bathroom for 20+ years and it’ll be a lovely room to be in. Thank you Victoria. You were great.

Victoria has completely transformed our ensuite. The space was created during our loft conversion about twelve years ago but, because it never quite worked as an ensuite, the whole loft ended up being used as a spare room. Victoria changed that instantly. Her re‑planning of the space was so clever and so beautifully thought through that it feels like a completely different room. It has finally become the master suite it was always meant to be. The design is outstanding: practical, calm, more spacious than I expected and with a properly luxurious walk‑in shower. Although the finished design is simple, it’s genuinely an ensuite of dreams. The biggest surprise is how much it’s changed how I use the space. I actually want to spend time in there now, which has led to a full overhaul of my skincare routine. Glowing skin thanks to a better, more beautiful bathroom… you really can’t say fairer than that. Thank you, Victoria, for turning a long‑ignored corner of the house into a space I genuinely love.

Great experience working with Vic at Drawn London. She was knowledgable without pushing us out of our comfort zone, worked within the existing style of our home and brought fresh perspective to our ailing project. She helped us to make decisions within a couple of hours, that would otherwise have dragged on for months, and solidified a colour scheme we're really excited to try. We engaged Victoria for a 2-hour “Expert Hit” consultation to support our renovation and help finalise the design scheme for our first-floor and loft bathrooms. We’d already done plenty of thinking and had lots of samples, but we were stuck on the critical decisions — which tiles worked with which wall colours, how to balance materials/finishes, and how to make the spaces feel cohesive. Victoria was excellent. She quickly understood our taste and constraints, asked smart questions, and guided us through decisions in a structured, confidence-building way. The value for us was the clarity: she helped us see what was working, what wasn’t, and how to pull everything together without overcomplicating it. It felt like having a calm, experienced second brain for the parts of a project that can easily spiral. We left the session with clear direction, specific decisions made, and a practical set of next steps. Victoria was professional, friendly and very easy to work with. While we used her at the “stuck” stage, we can genuinely see how valuable she’d be right from the start too — helping set a strong overall scheme and saving time (and expensive mistakes) later on. We’d happily recommend her.

I cannot recommend Victoria highly enough. If there were 10 starts on this rating system, I would give it. We engaged Victoria to completely re-design our bedroom so that it would feel like a restful and comforting space for two people when historically it had been designed as, and lived in, as a space for one. She invested a lot of time in understanding our objectives and budget and worked collaboratively with us to tweak and hone the initial design concept. She is an imagination powerhouse, her final design creating double the storage we initially had while not compromising materially on space. She gave considered advice without judgment and proactive guidance on soft furnishings and smaller detail. She was instrumental in putting us in contact with wonderfully skilled and trusted tradespeople to support the implementation of her excellent design. We aim to upsize in the future and I do hope we get to work with her again on future projects.

I hired Victoria to come and do a 2-hour "expert hit" on my spare room, which I have been wanting to refresh and update for some time but had never quite found a way forward. I went into the session a complete jumble of ideas with no direction, but by the end of the two hours, Victoria had helped me to come up with a plan for refreshing the room and advised me on every aspect of the design from furniture sourcing to colours and paint inspiration, to lighting and more. If you are stuck with a project and/or need some design inspiration I can't recommend this service enough. It was also one of the most enjoyable and creative two hours I've spent in a while! Victoria is a pleasure to work with and makes every interaction easy. I would not hesitate to recommend her and her services.

I was looking for someone to come to my kitchen and help me with dilemmas and decision fatigue in kitchen planning. Two hours consultation with Victoria did exactly who expected. Victoria is a professional designer, creative, listens to customer’s needs, would recommend her highly.

Victoria was a joy! The expert hit session was just what we needed to kick start a plan to make better use of the reception rooms in our Edwardian house. I recently had an expert hit session with Victoria and it was so helpful. We have moved into a new house with a big open plan living space and I have been struggling with working out how to use and style the space. Victoria asked really helpful questions and gave some great advice and ideas, based on our taste and how we want to use the space. We were really struggling with making decisions and agreeing on finishes and over a period of two hours Vic offered her expertise and we ticked off a long list of things that up until that point we just couldn't agree on.
