Lisa not only had a great deal of design experience to offer, but took the time to understand the job, which made it a seamless and enjoyable process from start to finish. She worked out what I was after in terms of bathroom layout, colours and design, before presenting me with well thought out options, completely nailing it in terms of what I had in mind. With costs clearly itemised for me to understand, she then ordered all the bathroom - which included elements I hadn't even thought of - and continued to accommodate the builder's changing requests too. Not only is she flexible, but she clearly loves what she does, which made her a joy to work with. I would thoroughly recommend her services and will definitely use her again. Brilliant!
