I have used Lindsey twice and each time have been delighted with the results. Most recently I consulted her on my hall stairs and landing ...her immediate suggestion of green did not go down well with me but that’s what I went with and it looks gorgeous...I never would have chosen it myself. Her advice on furniture, lighting and accessories was also invaluable. Her choice of fabric for blind and curtains was spot on. I will consult with her again next time I have a project.

Lindsey was great. We didn't really know what we wanted but that was not a problem for her. She asked us lots of questions and brought lots of samples round to help us choose. The final design came with lots of accessories and final touches that really make a difference to the room. Painting the woodwork was something we would never have thought of ourselves but it makes an impact straight away. The finished hallway looks fabulous, very modern but homely too. We are very grateful for Lindsey's advice and guidance on this project.

I asked Lindsey to help with the design and layout of a new seating arrangement for my garden room, and coordinate a colour scheme throughout my ground floor rooms. After several meetings and discussions to identify the family needs and preferences the result was the delivery of a magnificent, well built, fully bespoke velvet settee and a selection of coordinating cushions in gorgeous jewelled hues. Lindsey had also suggested a unique display area in a corner of the room. A little unsure I went along with her idea and so glad I did! I now have a special feature which has a great wow factor yet doesn’t impose on the room. Lindsey takes you on a journey, she doesn’t impose her ideas she allows you and the brief to evolve. She nudges you out of your comfort zone and the result is perfection. Thank you Lindsey!

She has a fantastic eye for colour and pulls together quirky but very beautiful schemes. We bought a new house and Lindsey suggested some really unique and cost effective ways to bring out the best of areas that didn't work before. Lindsey is also unique in that she really looks high and low from lots of sources for materials and items that fit your scheme. Our top to toe house scheme is underway now and we cant wait to see the final results!!

I gave Lindsey an idea of colour schemes I liked and that I wanted to tie the lounge and dining room together. She presented me with 3 options, one of which was a completely different colour scheme but I loved it. In-fact this was the scheme I went with. The wallpaper was something I would never of chosen myself and it looks fabulous. It was hard for me to imagine how the coloured woodwork would look but I trusted Lindsey and I can honestly say it looks amazing. Everyone that comes to the house comments on how great it looks. I am really pleased with the results. I have a modern lounge and dining room which is still cosy and warm looking. Lyndsey also gave me ideas on how to add some more finishing touches in the future. I would not hesitate to ask Lindsey again to help with another project.

Lyndsey created a stunnng makeover for my kitchen....Five different shades of grey and complementary flooring,lighting and blinds. Will be using her again for spare bedroom and hall stairs and landing....she doesn’t know it yet!

Lindsey has created the bathroom of dreams for our 5 bedroom 1930s house. In addition she has provided inspiration and fabulous style and furnishing ideas for many areas of my home, along the way. I think my ultimate goal is to create a Grace and Grey home from top to bottom. Lindsey created a mood board which I instantly fell in love with, sourced all the pottery, paint, wallpaper, tiles and finishing touches. She also created a brief for my builders and plumber to follow. I am based in London so everything was completed remotely. Nothing was too much trouble and she introduced lots of little elements to the design that I would never have thought of but theses have had a huge impact on the finished product. From the angles and layout of the tiles in the shower to the type of light fitting to the huge antique mirror; every detail has a role to play in the design. I honestly wouldn’t have known where to start. I am so proud of our new bathroom, it is amazing and I would recommend Grace and Grey a million times over.

We were looking to create a professional, modern but relaxed atmosphere in our newly refurbished private dental practice. After meeting with several other designers we decided on Lindsey Burrows as she had experience in a private healthcare setting and had an impressive portfolio to show us. During the whole process, which stretched out over several months, it was a pleasure to work with Lindsey. She listened to our brief and delivered on every aspect. She provided us with a variety of different options based on our requirements and our budget and even came to deliver paint on a Saturday morning so our decorator could work while we were closed to the public! The final result not only looks amazing but is functional and fit for purpose in a busy dental practice. We are thoroughly pleased with the look of the practice and have had lots of lovely comments from our patients and visitors. We would highly recommend Lindsey to anyone looking for a professional and approachable designer and would have no hesitation in using her again in the future.

Lindsey has been a fabulous help to us as we have progressively refurbished our 1840 house into a home. We knew that we wanted to respect and retain the heritage of our house but also wanted to have a modern comfortable home. Lindsey listened a lot to our ramblings of ideas, mixed them with her own expert eye and professionalism and came up with themes, colours, materials and finishes that hit the spot perfectly. Lindsey's patience and tenacity has also been impressive as we have been working one room at a time over the last 3 years, Lindsey has never let us down and has always returned to pick back up on the theme and develop the next rooms design. Finally, I would add that in some areas Lindsey, has proposed colours and patterns that we would never have thought of and probably were out of our comfort zone,.. However we trusted Lindsey and was not disappointed as they all worked amazingly well.

Having never used an interior designer before it was with some trepidation that we approached Lindsey. I need not have worried as Lindsey was extremely professional in interpreting our ideas onto the mood boards, searching & suggesting appropriate wall coverings, paints, floorings, light fittings and textiles. She listened and has expertly brought mine and my partners often conflicting tastes & ideas together resulting in a beautifully designed home with rooms that will flow rather than jar against one another. We have used Lindsey to design for the whole home - the living room, dining room, bathroom, hall & stairs as well as the bedrooms. Lindsey is polite, approachable, easy going and respectful. She has always been accessible, responsive and prompt in her delivery of designs. She is knowledgeable and experienced in her field and clearly wants to do the best for her clients. I have no hesitation in recommending Lindsey to others. As the project is ongoing we will be happy to provide another review once the designs have been fully implemented.
