What a fantastic experience with Chloe! Chloe came to see us for the first time when the house was total chaos! She (without judgement!) helped pick apart what wasn’t working for us and helped design a functional and beautiful alternative. Chloe carefully chose items that fitted with our style (even when it’s rather plainer than hers!) sensitively creating a space for us and not for herself. Chloe also managed all the building work, which was just great. The whole experience felt easy/ non-stressful, and we are delighted with the result! Thank you so much!

We asked Chloe at Honey and Toast Interiors to help us bring to life a small third floor outdoor space which leads from the master bedroom. We knew we wanted it to be a restful roof garden for exhausted adults, but needed some inspiration, plant know-how and help with space design. Chloe instantly understood and her first concept designs for a “secret scented garden” were magical. The designs also incorporated some fun and indulgent ideas we hadn’t thought of. They also considered lighting and practicalities of plant growth and irrigation three floors up!. The three dimensional graphics really helped us to see the idea and have confidence that the space would work. Chloe prepared a technical specification for build elements and electricals, and made recommendations and sourced all the pots, furniture and plants. We had such a good experience that we have asked Honey & Toast to oversee the installation of a roof trellis and the lighting, that are a key part of Chloe’s design. All the plants and furniture are in and work is underway on a bespoke trellis. The space is already looking just like the original design concepts and it’s delightful. We can’t wait to get up there for a sun downer! I would recommend Honey & Toast to anyone looking for joyful - and at the same time - realistic and practical solutions to home spaces.

I went to honey and toast interiors as I needed some inspiration for our hallway which lacked any sense of purpose and wasn’t inviting. She was amazing and advised on colour scheme, storage solutions for shoes which included really practical and stylish inbuilt drawers which was slim and sleek and didn’t take up too much room. Although this was only a small project for her it’s definitely made a big impact! And I’d highly recommend her to anyone!

It was a pleasure working with Chloe on designs for our two bathrooms, hallway, stairs and living space. We spoke to a number of designers but Chloe impressed us by getting stuck in straight away by helping us and offering us advice even before we commissioned her. She took on board our ideas and created designs we loved that fit our home and personal style. We had great communication throughout and Chloe was very patient while we juggled family life with reviewing her designs and giving feedback. We instructed HTI as we had never used interior designers before, and had a tight deadline and budget to renovate and decorate our three bedroom home. It was the best decision we ever made. Chloe from HTI met with us and was able to immediately get a sense of what was important to us, then distil those ideas into strong, clear designs. She provided a design presentation with links to all the shops where we could order the items. She even chose paint colours, and suggested cost effective ways to save money by substituting cheaper and similar quality items for expensive items ones. It was just a matter of clicking the link and ordering the items which was amazing. Chloe was also able to give advice and amend the design swiftly if we weren't sure of certain aspects of it. It made the whole process so much easier and less stressful than it would have been. We now have a really lovely warm home with a cohesive seamless design throughout. I will absolutely be contacting Chloe in future and would wholeheartedly recommend HTI.

Chloe helped us re-decorate our very bland bedroom. Really thrilled with the result. Love the colour she chose, a dark blue green which I would never have thought to pick. She also insisted on some statement coving, which again, I would not have thought to pick but it really adds a finish and sense of decadence to the room. Also far more down to earth than other interior designers I met!
