I’ve worked with Pamela for the last 2 years on a various projects. She has been a delight to work with who is very patient, conscientious and takes great pride in the quality of her work . She’s always gone above and beyond in accommodating my requirements and is a great at forming innovative ideas. She’s been very supportive at every step of the project and hiring her was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Thank you!

With Pamela, we started to work on our new flat interior project when the flat was still being built. As it was during the pandemic, we had only a plan on paper and we could shop for most of the items online. Despite these limitations and difficulties, Pamela planned everything so professionally with her nice taste, our flat has turned out to be really beautiful! She patiently listened to our all demands and preferences and always strived to find solutions and suggested good ideas. With her help, we had little stress in all steps - from planning to ordering pieces of furniture, installing them etc.-. She was always on our side and was willing to give advice. We are very happy to have met Pamela and decided to ask her to help us. And now, every day, we look forward to going back to our beautiful home. We feel relaxed at home with everything in order, and surrounded by our favourite things!

Myself and my sister would like to thank Pamela for her service with her crew. The level of service provided was above and beyond. Pamela came frequently to check the progress of the project and updated me of any progress or damage that required additional attention by also providing a long lasting resolution taking into consideration cost effectiveness. Pamela at House of Phabo was professional, courteous and delivered good customer service throughout my engagement with her. She understood my style and worked with me based on my resources. Her proposed designs reflected my taste and she was happy to change anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Highly recommend!! Great experience from start to finish! From an initial consultation, Pamela totally understood our vision for the bathroom. She provided plenty of options in the design (both in terms of design and pricing) so that we were able to create exactly the look we wanted but also in the price range we needed. (Pamela sends a breakdown of all materials at trade price so you can evaluate and ask for more affordable options if need be) Once we agreed on the design, Pamela brought in her own contractors and project managed the work until completion turning up every day to oversee progress and consulted us on any decisions that needed to be made along the way. I was impressed with the professionalism, patience, enthusiasm and knowledge demonstrated, from the initial consultation until the completion of my living room renovation. My likes, dislikes as well as wishes were taken into account when we discussed how to modernise my living room, which had not been decorated in 20 years. The suggested renovation proposal documents arrived swiftly and any changes I wanted, were accomodated. This daunting renovation was facilitated by House of Phabo's furniture, paint and decor sourcing as well as by keeping in constant communication with me along the way. I love my living room, it has become my favourite room in the house and the outcome exceeded my expectations.
