“Excellent service from start to finish. We wanted a redesign of our rather sad bedroom, walk-in-wardrobe and ensuite and so hired Katie. Before we even discussed wallpapers and fabrics Katie wanted to make sure the space was practical and suited our lifestyle. The the moment she stepped through the door to the suite I could almost see her brain whirling and she instantly suggested a layout change; it was always weird and never functioned very well, but we'd just put up with it for years. We'd never considered changing the Interior Architecture before, but her suggestions instantly made complete sense and opened our eyes to new possibilities. If we'd just decorated the space, as we first thought to do, it would have been 'lipstick on a pig' (or so Katie coined it); essentially beautiful new decor, but still with the same issues of functionality, and storage. She drew up clear new floor plans and showed us a few options even including furniture layouts so we could visualise how we'd use the space and why the door was in such and such position, etc; she articulated her top choice with good reasoning and we agreed.
