Emma designed a new kitchen, dining and office areas, living room and ensuite bathroom. She listened really well to my requirements and produced designs which are both beautiful and functional using colours that I wouldn't have thought of myself. Now the works are completed I'm really happy with the results!

Emma helped to clarify our thoughts and to make better decisions. She listens carefully and makes considerate, practical suggestions. Her professional approach has made a daunting prospect more manageable. She’s provided us with technical drawings (three drafts) and has even recommended a reputable builder. We now feel ready and more secure embarking on this project. Money well spent.

Emma helped us with our new build interior to add character and texture. She did a wonderful job, including helping with paint colours. She suggested ways we could move the furniture around and gave us a full list of items with easily accessible codes to order various things . She was always easy to communicate with and has a very clear vision with design . She can also work with various budgets whether your project is small or substantial. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

We’re really enjoying working with Emma on our renovation. After our first meeting I was worried I hadn’t really conveyed what we were looking for but when I saw her designs she had completely “got” what we wanted. By getting Emma involved fairly early she’s been able to suggest some tweaks to our architect’s plans which will make a big difference to how well furniture fits into our new bedroom. And now that we’re starting to be asked questions about floor finishes etc it’s so easy to be able to refer to her plans to answer them. I can’t imagine how many hours of research she’s saved us, and what she’s come up with is much better than anything we would have done without her. Very happy to have her on board!

We really enjoyed working with Emma. She was friendly and professional throughout and very patient when I kept changing my mind about colours and asking for new drawings! We worked together on a lounge project and we wanted the space to be calm and relaxing and the finished product is exactly that. She was also great at sourcing ideas for accessories and furniture and sending them all through in a really easy format so that I could order myself.

I’d never used the services of an interior design company before but after working with Emma and the team on the design of my family bathroom, downstairs toilet and utility space I’m over the moon with the service. Their knowledge and vision were outstanding. After just one meeting Emma had a clear idea of what would work and what would be in keeping with our 1930s arts and crafts style house. Emma found the builders and ordered everything for the project. She was on hand to give advice and was creative when we needed to adapt the project due to unavailability of products or other quirks of living in an old house! The detailed plans drawn up by Lived in 365 meant the builders rarely had to ask for direction from me. I can now really see the value of working with an interior designer and wouldn’t hesitate to use Emma and the team again.

Emma at Lived in 365 has been an absolute godsend! I have worked with Emma twice now - one on a bathroom and WC refurb and secondly on a really big kitchen refurb. Emma made the process so straight forward and exactly what I needed. She grasped my likes/dislikes and lifestyle (family home with teens and pets) quickly and was able to make recommendations that only needed tweaking here and there to leave me with two new rooms that I absolutely love! Emma goes the extra mile and no detail is too much. She gave me a spreadsheet which helped me with ordering the correct products (again - godsend) and was always quick to reply to any queries. Once the work had started and electricians, builders etc had questions I was unsure of how to answer - Emma again was helpful. I do feel lucky I came across Lived in 365 as I'd never done any refurbs before and just don't think I'd have been able to stay sane without them!

Emma helped us to develop a design for our kitchen/diner and living room. After our first meeting I worried that we hadn’t given Emma much to work with in terms of our ideas… but she had paid attention to what we said and picked up the smallest details and ideas we had. Emma then used these to produce a beautiful design that both my husband and I love. A great result! We can’t wait to see the design completed in 2023 once our builders are on site. Emma was great, lots of good ideas but also very willing to change if I had reservations and come up with alternatives. She was always available at the end of the phone or email. It’s been a complicated project involving several trades and Emma’s advice has been invaluable.

We really enjoyed working with Emma on the design for our new loft extension. She had lots of great ideas, was open to discussion and feedback and was really responsive when we had questions about particular products or designs. We felt like we were working together as a team and we love the end result! It has been such a pleasure working with Emma! She really listens and takes on board your taste in both her design and colour consultation. She did a full design of my young son's bedroom and it gives us such joy, we are all very happy with it. We also did a colour consultation for our open plan lounge/diner and there is no way I would have been so bold without it! I found Emma while looking for some help to do a small renovations in the apartment I had recently bought. I am home owner for first time with no experience in renovations and no idea on where to start… It was a small job - just create a storage space in a dead area in the hallway. I sent Emma an email and she got in touch with me straight away. After a phone call and a site visit she understood exactly what I needed and agreed to take the job. No job is too small for her! It was very easy to work with her during the entire process, from design to quotation to deal with contractors. And the result couldn’t have been better! Exactly how I imagined it! Complete re-design and Decoration of Lounge Emma did a truly remarkable job transforming my lounge. From the start, Emma listened v carefully to my ideas and took careful note of my preferences and what I was hoping to achieve. During the process, she was very approachable and v willing to discuss any elements of the final design and review as needed. She completely grasped what I was hoping to achieve and the end result has been amazing. The lounge is completely transformed and all visitors have commented on what a difference it has made. It’s also so cosy and homely and now a v restful space. Emma is v professional and responds promptly to emails. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Emma to anyone considering transforming their home.

I felt slightly overwhelmed by the task of designing my kitchen, all the choices I had to make. I felt apprehensive approaching a designer to help, thinking I am not the sort of person who has a designer! Emma didn't make me feel like that, she just listened and helped focus me and developed a kitchen layout and design that reflected what I wanted, patiently making as many changes as I wanted. Emma is very talented at what she does and quickly got to grips with the sort of interior I was looking for. She turned my hotch potch chaotic ideas into a beautiful interior design scheme, all of which was laid out in detailed diagrams and spreadsheets. She essentially provides a shopping list so you know exactly what you’re getting and from where, and she will support with every part of the process depending upon the level of input you need. She was also happy to make changes as my budget quickly disappeared on the building work we were having done! I cannot recommend Emma highly enough. She took all of the stress out of decisions that would have taken me months without her input.

We have had our whole house remodelled. Initially we engaged Emma to design the downstairs only. She did such a fantastic job - really listening to what we wanted and how we wanted to feel in our forever home. After scrolling for a few nights looking at bathroom tiles and becoming completely overwhelmed we asked Emma to design the master bedroom and en-suite. And then the family bathroom and hall stairs and landing too! I loved shopping for interiors for my first house but now I just don’t have the time. Emma made the whole process exciting again. Emma at Lived in 365 did the interior design for our loft extension, knock-through with kitchen and bathroom/wc, and I could not recommend her highly enough. After early consultations, she did concept boards, then developing 3d plans and detailed specifications. She then managed all the procurement, and ordered the various elements in when they were needed. Her services transformed the task of decision making into a pleasure, and removed for me the sense of being overwhelmed by the amount of choice out there. Having all the interior specifications clearly mapped out before the works got underway, and being able to share these with the builder at such an early stage in the process was very helpful. She also introduced us to a fantastic kitchen company and worked with them directly to progress the kitchen designs. She was quick to respond to any queries that arose and I felt thoroughly supported throughout the process. With all the design, Emma tuned in to (and then improved!) our taste and kept the suggestions within our budget. She has an impressive knowledge of what is available and suggested items I would never have been aware of and combinations I would never have thought of. Another thing I could never have achieved on my own is an overall scheme: with not only individual rooms having a sense of unity, but all the spaces. The brilliance of it has been that despite all the help the result still feels very personal, and my home, and is a joy to me to be in.

I hired this company for a complete refurbish for a one-bedroom apartment. Since the first moment, the communication was excellent, their knowledge surpassed my expectations and the final result was brilliant. But for me, the biggest strength of this company is to deal with a person who is managing to do a project as a personal project putting all efforts and care. I only have words of appreciation for Emma. She was very professional, transparent and the whole process was very smooth. Totally happy to deal with them and 100% recommended.

We enlisted Emma's help as part of our kitchen building project. We were having our kitchen knocked through to the adjoining utility room to create a new open space. Emma was responsible for creating the design concept for our new kitchen. My partner and I were both unsure where to start having never undertaken works of this nature before and we needed guidance on what to go for and what we wanted. Emma came and visited us at home to view the space and 'interview' us. We discussed in detail a number of ideas and she was helpful in getting us to think practically about how we would use the kitchen space and the importance of 'the kitchen working triangle'! Emma came back to us with 'mood boards' featuring a variety of designs and styles and exploring colour themes. She also then created a 3D image, mapping out where everything would be. Thinking we knew better, we then asked Emma to make a number of changes which she did with no issues at all, only for us to realise we should have trusted her experience and we reverted to her original layout! Emma then brought in a bespoke kitchen company to build the kitchen for us and she also helped by sourcing key components such as paint, flooring and tiles and at competitive rates. Emma visited us on a number of occassions in the build up to project commencement to ensure everything was right. We were very happy with the designs and concepts and the advice given around the paint and colour schemes. The finished article is simply incredible and we couldn't be happier. We now have our dream kitchen. I would recommend Emma particularly if, like us, you just don't know where to start with your project.
