I started working with Marion after seeing her work at a friend's house. I asked her if she would work with me on just one room in my house - my drawing room. which I had started to furnish but couldn't get the right feel for. She transformed the space, rearranging the things I had already bought and helping me to add others to create a room that was comfortable, beautiful and full of interesting interior details. Her style is classic, light and blends modern with carefully chosen antiques pieces. She has a wonderful eye for colour and fabric and whilst she has a clear style, her aim is to help you achieve the home you would like. We got on so well we went on to work on two major projects together Working with her has been a real education and I have seen how she takes time to find exactly the right pieces to create houses that feel like real homes full of depth and detail.

Not only is she an absolute pleasure to work with because of her warm and enthusiastic personality but she is also always on top of her projects, getting back to you when she says she will and sending you snaps of furniture and rugs even when she is on holiday! Marion has an amazing eye and is able to combine old and new, expensive and inexpensive, neutrals, colour and patterns, in a way that creates a calm, elegant and beautiful home. She really understands her clients' needs but also knows when to gently encourage them to invest in a standout piece or to go with a pattern or colour they may not have considered before. Some of the pieces I wasn't sure about at first have been the most successful or have really pulled the room together. Marion has a vision of how each room will look and you just have to trust her that it will turn out beautifully. Importantly, Marion helps you great a timeless home that you will enjoy actually living in not just looking at! Having working in the industry for a long time, Marion has a network of trusted antiques dealers and tradesmen she can enlist to ensure all details are perfect. She is able to source the most exquisite pieces or have bespoke pieces made to her exacting specifications. Anyone who is fortunate enough to work with Marion is incredibly fortunate and they will enjoy the journey as much as the final product.

Our flat went through an extensive refurbishment in the summer of 2016. Marion patiently helped us form a vision for our project. Marion’s approach to interior design places a wonderful emphasis on natural light and achieves a real sense of warmth. Her choice of natural fibre fabrics for curtains, seating, and rugs is impeccable. Every piece of furniture and lighting has contributed to a sense of calm and superior comfort. Her exceptional attention to detail has transformed our flat into a sheer pleasure to come home to. Given the complexity of the project and the amount of time needed to liaise with builders, neither I nor my husband could contemplate undertaking such a formidable task without professional guidance and project planning. Marion and her team worked closely with us to articulate all the requirements. It has been a pleasure working with Marion, and I would highly recommended her interior design services without qualification.
