Natasha was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. We needed help making sense of a few rooms that just wouldn’t come together. She really listened and understood what kind of style we were looking for and was particularly brilliant at sourcing just the right things. So glad she was involved and we are hoping she will be able to help us more in the future too.

Natasha has been helping us with several rooms in our house and I am sure there will be more to come. She designed our son’s bedroom most recently and we loved the result. Natasha is very easy to work with and her work is engaging, clear to understand and implement. I like the fact that she works with what you have and accommodates existing pieces of furniture that you would like to retain rather than buying everything from scratch. Also on a few occasions I failed to buy one of the suggested options and it went out of stock and she offered an alternative almost immediately. Both of our kids bedrooms have been designed by Natasha and they are the loveliest and cosiest rooms in the house and kids love spending time there and so do we.

The most important thing is that Natasha was listening to me and then would come up with a unique feature for our house, rather than offering standard solutions. Also Natasha’s ability to see and match colours is absolutely incredible. Before starting the refurbishment of our 1880 cottage in Ealing I browsed lots of Interior Design websites and met with a number of interior designers who had various fee structures and views about how to refurbish the house. As I myself had a vague idea of the final product (I liked a bit of everything in all possible design styles) I didn’t feel like paying a flat fee for a specific design concept or being restricted with a certain time framework. At first I needed per/hour consultation and professional advice on everything - looking at colours and layouts, creating as many mood boards as needed etc. etc. I was looking for an interior designer who would have a friendly, outgoing attitude and lots of patience to listen to my ideas and then convert my numerous aspirations and feelings into a lovely welcoming house. Natasha’s patience was amazing! You do not feel any pressure from her side at all. Natasha has excellent tact and professionalism to explain why a particular colour or layout will not work in the house and why another one will. And she was always right. Several times during the project after numerous discussions and internet searches done by myself I was coming back to the Mood Board No.1 created by Natasha. Natasha also was able to incorporate my passion for Annie Sloan chalk paint into the house interior design and advised on the Annie Sloan paints colour combinations for the furniture and even for the bath. Natasha’s advice on the colour scheme was absolutely invaluable. We have re-cycled quite a few old furniture pieces using Annie Sloan chalk paint which was a better alternative to replacing everything. When the project came to the stage of the refurbishment Natasha was visiting shops with me to help to select the right materials. I’m very grateful to Natasha for the furniture, soft furnishing and accessories selection. Again, after considering a number of options we finally decided on the sofa and armchair originally suggested by Natasha. Natasha is a great person and is very comfortable to work with. My husband and I asked Natasha Powers Interiors to help us with ideas on a layout and interior for our living room and master bedroom. We bought our flat off plan and it proved to be very difficult to think of something ourselves as our bedroom is very weirdly shaped and in practice turned out to be much smaller than we expected. Natasha provided us with a set of layout plans with her suggestions on the colour scheme as well as the ideas to visually improve both spaces. We also received two sample board options for each room and recommendations on where to buy those items. It was very easy to work with Natasha - she was very responsive to our brief and delivered a modern look that we wanted and in addition suggested some details that we would not have thought about. Her perception on light and space has helped us turn what seemed to be a challenging area into a very nice clear and sophisticated room. We also appreciated her insight on how to organise our existing paintings and pictures which helped develop colour scheme and themes throughout the flat.

Natasha helped us with the overall refurbishment of our four-bedroom house in South East London including choosing colour pallet for each room, finding fabulous tiles for the kitchen and the bathrooms, recommending beautiful pieces of furniture and clever positioning them in the house. She also found unique furnishings and beautiful accessories perfectly complementing the project. Natasha is a very knowledgeable and talented interior designer; she has a great sense of style and exceptional taste. We are planning a buy-to-let project in the New Year and will definitely ask for Natasha’s assistance again. It was pleasure working with her!
