Nina provided me with excellent practical & creative advice for a complete redesign of my living room. Based on my personal needs & taste she gave me some great ideas on a wide range of jobs such as picture framing, lighting, flooring, upholstery, cabinetry, colour schemes, art works & safety advice regarding my stove. She also showed me how I could reuse things I already have. She advised me how to source products & tradesmen & how to prioritise the stages of my project in a way that I can realistically manage it. I feel well equipped for the task ahead.

When we moved into our house everything needed updating and it was overwhelming. I wanted to add some colour and texture but didn’t have the courage to do what I want. I decided to ask Nina for help and it was the best decision I made. Nina has an excellent eye for detail, space and colour and has held my hand throughout the process, picking out wallpaper, paint colour and carpet. She has saved me from making costly mistakes! Nina has an excellent network of trusted suppliers, upholsterers and carpet fitters that she calls on. I thoroughly recommend Nina to anyone stuck in an interiors rut!

Nina has done several projects for me now and it’s lovely to have her to call on when you want help with re-designing anywhere in your home, she always has a solution to a problem and a wonderful ’eye’ for detail and interpreting what you want. The projects completed have included recovering settles and chairs, new blinds and curtains. The finish after installation on both has been impeccable and we have been delighted with the results. Don’t hesitate to make contact with Nina....you will not be disappointed, just very pleased to have found her.

I have known Nina Jarvis for at least 12 years , and over that time she has a done a number of projects for me , and I have been extremely satisfied with every one. These have included made to measure Lampshades. Upholstering Easy chairs and sofas , dining chairs, footstools , raising seats of chairs and reupholstering. Fitting cord rails and batons for new curtaining. Also, both vertical and roller blinds in kitchen and utility rooms. Miss Jarvis is a very talented Creative Designer , and I will continue wonderful skills.

After years of doing nothing due to a lack of confidence and inspiration, Nina arrived to create the lounge we had always wanted (without ever knowing how to go about it). The room continues to get regular compliments. When we came to look at our dining room, master bedroom and daughter’s bedroom, there was only one person to turn to again! Nothing has ever been too much trouble for Nina, she is patient, seeks to get a really good understanding of the brief and encourages us to be a little more daring than we would be without her. We would recommend her to anybody looking for a new look for any part of their home. She also happens to be a lovely person to work with!
