I found PH London and his team through a friend's shared Facebook post and was quickly intrigued by the chic style and look that was throughout his previous designs. I met with Paulo and his team and immediately created a working relationship that helped us create and design the look of our new home. I had quite particular ideas about exactly what I wanted in my flat and Paulo was able to take these ideas and with his expertise blend them into what was an achievable but amazing design within my budget. The contractors that Paulo used were excellent and it was clear that they have worked together for years, the synergy and communication were seamless and our ideas were listened to and any changes were implemented with ease. Paulo also project managed for us which was such a help as I couldn't be constantly on site; he took care of accounts, relationships with contractors, sourcing of materials etc. He and his team managed to get the project delivered ahead of schedule and with superb results. I believe that this was the result of myself and my partner being quick and decisive when a decision or a change of plan was needed which made our working relationship with PH London run smooth and speed up the whole process. We would highly recommend PH London's services and we are looking forward to using them in our next property.

Paulo and his team worked on a bathroom refurb in Brixton with me and went to great length sourcing all the right materials to the client spec at the right price. What a true professional, always responsive, reliable and full of great ideas. He certainly doesn't shy away to go the extra mile for his client and tried our new materials and ideas on this project, very innovative. I worked with Paulo on the renovation and refurbishment of our beautiful home, from planning stage through to completion on a set budget. We were clients with very strong ideas of what we wanted and had a clear vision of how the house would be renovated, so as you can imagine not the easiest clients at times! This was the first house we ever renovated and it was our baby. You cannot help but be emotionally attached. Paulo brought a lot of energy, passion, challenges, now when I say challenges, I mean he challenged us in a good way. In the planning stage, Paulo brought ideas to the table that we did not even think of in our firm “this is how we want it” approach. I’m so glad we listened and we changed some design aspects around from his recommendation. The result, it took our rough design ideas to a high end result. We often have people say your house, especially the bathrooms , they stylish, like a hotel. Paulo is more than bathrooms. In our bathrooms he incorporated boxing with glass shelving and lighting. Some of the walls have floor to ceiling glass with beautiful wall lighting, that is something we just were not thinking of. Thank you Paulo. Toward the end of the project we had built total trust in each other and our en-suite was still to be fitted out. I gave Paulo a brief, Tom Ford, and wow it look amazing. We stripped our whole house right back to bare brick walls, took out walls, fireplaces, opened fire places up, new electric and plumbing, plastering, you name it, we did it. Paulo was also a realist with our budget. He advised us when our ideas were not affordable, told us what it would cost and what we could achieve with a similar effect instead. Again, pushing us to see past what our vision into something just as good or even better. I’m a micro manager, some might say control freak, and Paulo is creative and knows what he is doing. Paulo had to consult with me on majority of the project and a times I did not like what I heard, however, it always turned out I worried about nothing and Paulo’s recommendation was correct and the best solution. We chose our own kitchen, had it designed etc, and without being offend, he suggested some changes. To this day I’m glad he did as it is much slicker on the eye than originally planned. I could have not done my job which demands a lot of hours and managed this project without him and his team. If you’re looking to take your project to the next level, have fun with it and be challenged so you get the best possible result, Paulo is your man.

Paulo has great ideas, great contacts and suppliers and is easy to work with...he spotted and suggested things we simply would not have thought of. We undoubtedly got a better result for having worked with him, he listened to what we wanted but also pushed and challenged our thinking. Compared to other he is reasonable too, and is flexible in how he works, he will do one room or your whole house and garden!

Paulo assisted me with a wide range of activities, from before moving into a new property, designing and managing some alterations to better suit my lifestyle, to helping me decide on a colours and fabrics to bring my mood board to life. Without his assistance, I would probably have chosen several shades of grey. I feel that he respected my taste but pushed me to test those boundaries and I couldn't be happier with the end result! It still amaze me that a fabric for an armchair that I would probably haven't chosen without his help ended being the main piece in my favourite corner of the flat.

Paulo came up with a lovely new design and layout for my outdoor terraces: and subsequently advised on the installation of a new internal wooden floor. With both projects he and his team were very efficient and reliable and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
