Pole Design

This appears to be a scam. I ordered curtain rails, they then called me to upsell a better and slightly more expensive model. I was naive enough to go ahead and pay more. Supposedly the delivery is a few business days after but I am still waiting. The phone number always goes to voicemail and emails are barely ever responded to. Still waiting for my delivery with no indication this is even being processed

Pole Design were wonderful from start to finish. They were quick and efficient from start to finish and kept me informed. They were helpful with any questions I had. When there was a mishap through the supplier, pole Design dealt with it instantly & painlessly. I could not recommend them any higher and the products that I bought from them are of the highest quality.

I had them put up yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the end result so big thanks for taking care of all the details, they fit perfectly thanks to your attention to detail. 60mm space between the hooks was spot on for the wave to fit in the shallow 70mm window recess depth we had. The quality of the fabric is excellent and the ideal match for our decor. Thanks for your fast and clear communication throughout all my many questions as ordering this with no clue about curtains it was very reassuring knowing I was in the hands of a total pro! Karen supplied 2x silent gliss ceiling hung wave tracks and handmade full length curtains for our lounge. The service provided was excellent with great advice and I found Karen was very helpful in answering all my questions along the way! Always very prompt in replying to emails and keeping me informed of the progress of my order. The tracks and curtains fit perfectly and now the curtains are up we are over the moon with the quality and how they look, thanks Karen!

Excellent service from Karen. Professional, friendly and very helpful with her expert advice from start (my initial inquiry) to finish (delivery).... Her choices of various voile fabrics from the brief we supplied regarding our room style were spot-on, and she was happy to provide additional photos when requested, to accompany the numerous quotes accordingly. The end result looks fantastic!! .... even better than we'd expected!

I bought a curtain rail and fittings from this company online, but had to cancel the order after being told that the items would not be available for a month. After some difficult communication my issue was eventually resolved.
