I recently had the pleasure of working with Poppy and her lovely family team again for Christmas 2025 for our corporate event. She had really transformed the PD space for us and lifted the entire vibe of the restaurant. I really commend her attention to detail and creativity. Not only that, but I really appreciate her and her family team stepping in to assist with my request last minute on the busiest Thursday of the year! Poppy and Team, thank you ever so much for all the work and effort you put into the restaurant - I cannot wait to work with you all again!

Poppy was professional, approachable, friendly and patient throughout. She listened to our needs and delivered what we wanted to create. Poppy achieved exactly what we asked for with the TV no longer the focal point of the room. The comments we've received are: "where's the TV?" "wow" "everything just fits together wonderfully" "fabulous" "I'm in awe, on their own I would never have picked any of these items but together they all work beautifully" Thank you so much Poppy!

Excellent job from start to finish. The work done is completed to a high standard; we are over the moon with it. Poppy made the process easy for us all the way through. She's approachable and delivered exactly what we wanted even though we didn't know what we wanted at first! She also adapted to our needs getting everything set in motion quickly so it was completed before my baby was due. We will be using her again when we want other rooms doing :)

We requested a quotation for staging a boardroom based on reviews on here and Poppy Wilcox Property Staging did not disappoint. Poppy was professional from start to finish, included a mood board and was always available to talk if needed. On the day they arrived on time and she introduced herself and the team, once shown to the room they got straight on with bringing the furniture in and Poppy gave it a personal touch with homely items like plants, fresh flowers and soft furnishings. The furniture was so clean and also polished on set up. The space looked inviting. Upon collection Poppy and her team returned the room to it's original state in no time at all. We recently engaged Poppy Wilcox property staging to upgrade our upper and lower hallways and our dining room. Our requests for both a bright and welcoming lower hallway were more than met with a complete transformation of the space, coupled with the addition of a vibrant painting and a console table. The dining room was the space that most needed improving upon and we are so happy we trusted Poppy’s choice of wall colour. The room is now vibrant and welcoming with a new dining table and chairs in a complete contrast to the wall colour (Poppy called the effect clashing!), we love it. Lastly our upper hallway , handrail and bannisters received the makeover it needed. A change of wall colour and woodwork really accentuates the light from the windows. We highly recommend Poppy’s professional, personal and inspired service.

Poppy staged/ dressed 2 of our show homes at our development in Metheringham Lincolnshire called Homestead Fields. The first property was a 3 bed detached home and after the staging we soon sold out of the house type. So we decided to move the show home to a four bed semi detached where some people were struggling to visualise how to furnish it. The house type as also now sold really well. She as an incredible gift of making a blank canvas into an amazing space homely but incredible classy!! I would 100% say she is an asset to anyone wanting to encourage a sale or a show home or even private home owner wanting to give their home an amazing make over. Check our show house out for your self
