Really delighted with my new bathroom - it looks great and functions really well. Jason has a great attention to detail and worked very collaboratively with me to get the look I wanted. He also navigated my overly involved cats very well!

Jason did a first-rate job. I wanted to redesign and refurbish my small kitchen. He understood immediately what I was aiming for and provided really helpful suggestions of independent suppliers. He managed the whole project, engaging very competent tradespeople for specialist tasks, as well being involved hands-on and taking responsibility for cleaning up and waste-disposal. He has a high level of attention to detail and aesthetics so was sympathetic to me changing my mind on flooring colour late in the day and came back several times to finish off smaller tasks. He also has good knowledge of sustainability considerations. He was transparent about pricing and the whole project was finished within a few days of the anticipated time. I would definitely use him again and certainly recommend him to others.

Jason helped us convert our dusty chaotic cellar into a clean, bright and organised storage and utility room. The space was awkward so he designed and built some clever bespoke storage and made helpful suggestions about what we could do. He was lovely to work, extremely tidy and showed great attention to detail. I appreciated that he took care of everything start to finish and I was also impressed with the contractors he brought in to help with painting and electrics. Would happily use Jason again and thoroughly recommend him.

We were really pleased with our project completed by Jason - downstairs reconfiguration of an Edwardian terrace, including wall removal to create an open plan kitchen/dining area (carpentry, plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling, kitchen fitting + painting). Jason took onboard our ideas for the project and also added valuable insight and advice which we were grateful for, working to our budget. The project was well coordinated and he and his team were friendly and reliable. He communicated well (we moved out for the work) keeping us informed and up-to-date via telephone and video call. Jason has an understanding of and an interest in older properties and showed great attention to detail. He also linked us up with a very good structural engineer. We would happily recommend Jason for similar projects.

Jason has done a couple of jobs for us – he created a great new tiled front entrance and path, and beautifully tiled a complicated pattern in our kitchen. We highly recommend Jason – he’s really interested in the quality of the design and the quality of the finish, and more than happy to offer advice and suggest possible materials or finishes.

Jason moved and enlarged our kitchen, restoring our home to a light and well organised space. He has an eye for fine details, makes useful and informed suggestions, has a great deal of experience and is totally trustworthy. Jason's insightful refurbishment compliments our Victorian house, letting original features and minimal fittings sit together without clashing. We were really delighted with his punctual and efficient project management - there were no long waits, every aspect of the job was scheduled and the speed was impressive, allowing us to enjoy the results. We hired Jason to upgrade our mid-70s townhouse, from a tired much lived-in family home to an excellent, highly rentable property. His good eye and design sense ensured a consistently attractive decorative scheme throughout, beautifying unsightly areas as well as implementing child-safety measures on 3 flights of stairs, and modernising the lighting. He and his team were reliable and kept the site clean and tidy; our deadline was met within budget and within moments of job completion the house was snapped up by happy tenants.

My flat was extensively refurbished by Shuttleworth Projects. The quality and value of work undertaken was excellent - I’m very happy with the very successful transformation. Jason Shuttleworth ran the eco-upgrade and general improvement of my Victorian terrace house brilliantly, booking and co-ordinating his hand-picked tradesmen, offering excellent ideas to make the spaces work better and sourcing great materials. The result was a massive smartening up of a scruffy awkwardly laid-out home, and a huge cut in heating bills thanks to all the insulating work. Totally reliable and trustworthy - and as willing to listen as to explain.
