Signature Interiors

Liz has undertaken several smaller projects for me over the last several years (drapes for various rooms, reupholstering of dining room chairs). None of the projects were very large or, I assume, big 'money makers' for her. However each occasion, she spent considerable time and energy showing me many options and ensuring that I was getting exactly what I wanted. The final products are gorgeous and have held up over time. Her attention to detail is fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased.

Liz Cox and her team at Signature Interiors have undertaken a range of work for me. This has included restoring and re-upholstering: 1. Ole Wanscher and Frits Henningsen chairs; in leather and horsehair respectively; 2. a 19th Century French scroll arm settee; 3. a late Victorian/early Edwardian English scroll arm settee (as a close match to the French settee); and, 4. a 19th Century Danish Empire settee. The work has been carried out to the highest standard and Liz has been extremely helpful in providing updates, details of origin based on her historical knowledge and design, fabric and detailing guidance. Communication is excellent and I have received very good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend Signature Interiors.

Liz came to me by a happy accident. I was in an antique shop in Hungerford and I saw one of the prettiest chairs that I had seen in a very long time. I asked who the upholsterer was and was told it was a lady called Liz from Signature Interiors. As I needed an upholsterer I contacted Liz and the skilled upholstery that she does was a delight to me. She was quick, efficient and she kept to her timetable. I have been with her now for several years and I am delighted. EG.
