Space Matters has made my home the best that it could be. Anna and the team are the best designer and builders. From start to finish the quality of the design and workmanship was exquisite. Nothing was too much for Anna and the team and they finished it 2 days before the agreed hand back date. I had a two bedroom flat renovated in 10 weeks. Everything was gutted and replaced on time to the highest quality. Anna's design innovations were life changing for me. Giving me a space for everything to stored away in the most beautiful colour palette through out the flat. Stunning and elegant that are the words used to describe my flat from all who has seen this transformation. Anna's fees and building cost were worth every penny. This was a big investment for me and I deliberated for a long time but I felt after the build started that I was in good safe hands and that they would delivery more than what was agreed which they did. What Anna and Rafel her builder did was design and build me the most beautiful home ever with no stress on my part. Everything was handled by Anna and Rafel all I had to do was pay! I would full heartily recommend Space matters.

we completely reconfigured the ground floor of our house (knocking down walls, moving cloakroom etc). Anna provided a design that matched exactly our needs and was extremely helpful and effective in project management the works. The fact that she normally works with the same builders (who I would also highly recommend) certainly helps as they have been working together for a while now.

Anna’s speciality in spatial planning,attention to detail and friendly manner were the reason we used her in various stages of our home refurbishment. Firstly, we employed her in 2017 to design and project manage our loft conversion. We were really impressed with how she managed to maximise the available space, not only to create an extra bedroom and bathroom, but also a small study. We loved her choice of colours, tiles, fixtures and fittings. In 2018, we employed Anna ro design our raised garden patio and we are thrilled with the result! In January 2019, she designed our family bathroom and again we were impressed with the use of space, storage solutions and choice of finishes.

Anna project managed our build including a kitchen refurbishment, an extension and a complete redecoration of our downstairs. She was a pleasure to deal with and always efficient and organised. Anna is a very friendly, well mannered professional and was always a pleasure to work with. She is highly skilled and very resourceful in obtaining home furnishings and all al the necessary essentials for home improvements. What I was most impressed with regarding Anna's behaviour is that she was always punctual, professional and ready to work and demanded the same from the contractors. Anna reassured me the work would take only two months; a complete refurbishment of a large two bedroom flat. The work started on May 15th and was completed on July 15th. The work was amazing and I still get excited when I think of how I felt the first time I viewed my flat and each and every time I enter it. The flat viewed beautifully as the most lovely piece of art that I have seen in a flat and it almost doubled in value due to the quality of the work and the items carefully selected by Anna and was sold at a price way beyond my expectations with only 3 showings within a week. What makes Anna so special is that she goes beyond what is expected of her such as organising your space to make your life simple and the finished work is with everything organised in its proper place. This was only one example, but there was so much more such as creating a beautiful garden and other expressions of her love of her work that would make any client happy. Anna is a Perfectionist and Talented Genius!!!

I first commissioned Space Matters to re-design the master bedroom and family bathroom in my North London home in 2008. I was so impressed with Anna’s attention to detail, impeccable taste in choosing colour schemes and materials and last but not least, her friendly attitude and reasonable prices, that I employed her again in 2011 to refurbish my new home in Dartington, Devon. It only took 6 months from design stage to finish for Anna to totally transform my cottage from a tired and drab dwelling to a fabulous country estate home. During this time, she kept in touch with regular emails and meetings. Anna’s designs included a rear extension, the creation of a central atrium in the middle of the house with a magnificent skylight and reconfiguration of some rooms to introduce clever storage. Anna project managed the refurbishment, taking away from me the stress from having to deal with the builders. She also sourced all the furniture, kitchen and bathroom fixtures and fittings, wall and floor coverings, soft furnishings, lighting, antiques, decorative ornaments and wall art. She even landscaped my garden so that the outside areas worked in harmony with the interiors, while retaining the charm of a typical English cottage garden. Anna is truly passionate about what she does, a perfectionist when it comes to execution of her designs and I would recommend her to anyone who would like to embark on refurbishments of any size.

Space Matters was recommended to me by several friends and three business's in the area, My friends had full home renovations, loft conversions and or bathroom makeovers, all of them were stunning and most importantly for me anyway, was that they ALL came in ON budget. My hair salon had also used Space Matters, as did two other upscale boutiques, and again I love the Space Matter touch, actually its the 'Anna' touch as every time I commented on something particularly lovely the name "Anna" came up! I had decided to do an EXTENSIVE remodelling of my kitchen and phoned SM, and the very lovely Anna and I set up a meeting. Its hard to hide my feeling's about this woman! The first thing you notice about her is her amazing SMILE! I have never been in a meeting about renovating my home that made me so comfortable and was so much fun, Trust me, she is amazing, trustworthy, and an absolute joy to work with. There was ZERO stress and my kitchen and ensuite bathroom AND bedroom, yes she did those too, came out better than I could imagine! So good that they were featured in a local magazine the following year! I adore this woman and her incredible talent and even tho I now live in America I have hired her to come and work her Space Matters magic in our new home!!!
