About Us

Studio Sempura is a Ieading environmentally conscious Interior Architecture and Design practice based on the Dorset Coast. We focus on creating sustainable and biophilic designs that are inspired by nature. We design and plan to enhance the functionality, aesthetics, and overall quality of the built environment. We create a connection with our natural world through the use of carefully selected materials and colours to achieve an environment that enhances your health and well-being. Using this connection to nature, we are able to raise an awareness to sustainability and encourage low impact design and spatial planning solutions. We always consider acoustics and air quality creating designs that are beautiful, biophilic, functional and practical. We pride ourselves on creating spaces that are long lasting and that always meet our client’s requirements.

Lucy from Sempura Design helped us design our home office space. We have a Grade 11 Listed house so the space needed to be sympathetically designed to match the age of the property. Lucy achieved this with ease and efficiency. By designing the correct lighting and layout for the furniture that we owned, Lucy achieved a warm, inviting and comfortable ambience in which to work. Lucy was always very cheerful and always acted very professionally. She listened to our needs in order to create the finished designs. We are delighted with the finished space!
