I would not hesitate to work with Susan again. A pleasure to work with, and an excellent sense of style and what we were looking for on the project. I love design and colour but even within the brief Susan knew when to "nudge" to something that bit bolder, or an even better colour or fabric. Like a sixth sense! Straightforward, honest communications should be standard in this industry but, sadly, aren't always. I found Susan to uphold very high standards in this regard though - prompt, straightforward approach. I recommend without hesitation.

Refurbishment 2 bed house in Hampstead Suburb Working with Susan and her company was a very positive and enjoyable experience. Susan's creative ideas and the execution of them was organised and always within the set budget, resulting in a beautiful calm and restful space. Susan dealt with all aspects of the refurb and did more than she was required, dealing with builders, suppliers, deliveries ect. I realise that I would never have achieved this end result without her creation and direction.Thankyou Susan, I love my house and this beautiful space you have created for me,it was a pleasure to work with you. Susan is a dream to work with - smart, efficient and with great insight into what I am trying to achieve. She has helped create an intelligent interface between me as the client, my builders and the architect. I have learned a really important lesson on this build - don't skimp on the professional advice when it comes to interiors - the floor levels, the finishes, the lighting, all the technical drawings for the special features like the polished concrete open plan fireplace, the LED trough for special accent lighting that makes the expensive 'lantern' work at night in the kitchen extension - all of these things make the difference between loving the end result and being forever slightly disappointed that even after spending a small fortune, you still don't get what you really want.
