A compete renovation of a appartment I bought in Wapping London I actually live and work in the USA to communication and collaboration was essential to this project , the selecting of fitments and colour schemes and recommendations even on furniture came from Temza with great clarity The project was a great success and the work was to the highest standard It was made easy considering the physical distance between the lead Pawel and me , and the result is a great appartment in London The manager of the condo the appartment is in was highly impressed with the Temza and commented to me he had never worked with a more cooperative and professional contractor . any issues were dealt with immediatley and properly I would not hesitate to us Temza again in future projects and thank them for a job well done

We are very happy about the services provided by Temza design and build. The job comprised of design and full refurbishment of two bedroom apartment, including interior design, demolishing, complete remodeling and refurbishment of the space, providing of custom made high quality kitchen and joinery. We received lots of help and support during the process, including all the problem solving. It was a great help from the company when it was coming to choosing of materials such as tiles, flooring etc. Also we got lots of ideas for example how to use space more wisely and how to maximize potential of the property. The service was on the highest level, very personal and thoughtful. We had no problems in communication and always easy to contact. We are very happy with the final result and quality, and it couldn’t be better! Even two years after the completion of the job we communicate with Temza and they are always happy to come back and resolve any issues occurred. We always recommend them to our friends and definitely will use them again.

Temza design and build was recommended to us. Based abroad and not having any experience of building works in the UK - idea of refurbishment project was a real challenge for us. We had an idea in mind of what we wanted and needed a trustful company to take care about the whole process including architecture design proposal, getting all necessary permissions, finalising design, choosing and ordering materials and whole refurbishment process. We communicated with Paul, the project manager, over the phone and email , and met on the site three times during the whole project. Everything was taken care about with great attention to details: Temza team quickly came up with thoughtful solutions every time a problem occur. We almost didnt need to get involved in anything accept giving our confirmation on final designs. Great overall experience and great pleasure to work with! Highly recommended!
