The Code Design Studio

Codi and Charlotte did a terrific job on our project, which involved a totally new space in the loft and the redecoration of two other rooms, plus the stairwell. She coordinated the various tradesmen with aplomb and delivered some beautiful and practical results. Would definitely recommend.

Codi helped us redesign our entire downstairs bathroom, hallway, living room and dining room as well as our son's bedroom. She listened to our very complicated spec of Mexican-Indian fusion and came up with a luscious and colourful design board. She has an eye for design and picks up pieces in stores which match the brief. Apart from a few delivery delays, the project was completed by the requested deadline. Codi is so professional yet so homely. I felt as if she was a close friend doing the project in my house for the entire duration!

This was my second time working with Codi and I didn't think it could be better than the last time but it was. This time I was having a full loft extension, with large loft bedroom and ensuite, and a complete restructure of the 1st floor. Throughout the project Codi listened to what was important to me and then came up with amazing and beautiful designs that I am completely in love with. The most notable things I loved about working with The Code Design Studio is a) everything is solution focused, Codi never came to me with a problem (normally caused by the building team I had instructed) unless she had at least one solution, b) every detail was considered and nothing was too big or small to think about - two of my favourite features of my house now are the wardrobe door knobs in the loft and the first floor bedrooms, and the sustainable wooden chandelier in the loft - exquisite, and c) Codi really got to know me and what I wanted from my space, and pushed me just enough out of my boring comfort zone to design something fabulous but still so completely to my taste. I wake up every morning feeling like I live in a boutique hotel and I love it so much. It is also amazing that Codi has a bank of trades that deliver high quality work and are super flexible so I didn't have to worry about anything or find my own people for anything. I honestly recommend Codi so highly and would happily provide pictures, details, home visits etc to anyone thinking of using The Code Design Studio. I can't wait to get Codi back for the lounge :)

I cannot recommend Codi highly enough. From our first meeting, she quickly understood my vision and set about creating an exciting pitch to redesign my 2 bed apartment. We worked closely on budgets and expectations and I was thoroughly delighted with the end result. So much so, I am saving up for Phase 2! I do not have that creative gene so needed someone like Codi to translate ideas into reality. She managed the entire project while I was away for 3 weeks from ordering furniture, accessories, plants etc to dealing with all the usual hiccups with deliveries etc. Alternatives were always readily to mind when first choices were maybe out of stock etc and she consulted on everything along with keeping me well briefed throughout the work taking place. love how she managed to incorporate all my little personal things but added so many new ones too. I work in aviation so she also kept that theme in my home office along with the cloud wallpaper, genius! She really takes the pain out of the whole process and is a total delight to be around. Her infectious positive attitude and ability to get things done is incredible. All work was completed to a very high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend her for your next home makeover.

Codi was amazing. She designed and installed my dining room and it now looks like a show home. I love it. Codi was really easy to work with, she took the time to understand what I wanted from my dining room space and why it was important to me. She was responsive and always replied promptly to queries and was very happy to iterate any area until I was completely happy. The decorator she used did an awesome job, was super polite and unobtrusive and the final install of all the furniture, window blinds, shelving, and decorative items was magical. I can't wait to do more decorating to use Codi again.

I reached out to Codi to give my flat a 'facelift' and I couldn't be more happier with the results! Through clever design features and functional items, Codi has transformed the space into a cozy haven. Her detailed mood boards helped bring the vision to life and made the overall project run smoothly. She planned the main work around my time away and kept me posted on the progress so I always felt involved in the process! Codi is absolutely brilliant at what she does and has such a natural flair for putting different colours, textures and patterns together to create beautiful spaces. When we moved from a small apartment to our family home, Codi transformed our living and bedroom spaces into comfortable, vibrant and sophisticated rooms. Codi was an absolute pleasure to work with. She's friendly, professional and super talented. She has a great eye for interiors and design, sourced lovely pieces for us and best of all, came in under budget. We are so happy with the end result and can't recommend Codi enough.

I cannot recommend Codi (& her team) enough. I had fallen out of love with our house & didn't know where to start. It was very run down & sad looking, needing a lift & a revamp. Codi listened to us & put forward her vision taking into account what we wanted & items we already owned. I absolutely love it now. Ours is "Normanton" on The Code Design Instagram. We had booked a two week holiday during which Codi came in & redid the kitchen/ dining room/ front room/ my daughter's room & the hallway/ stairs. It was amazing coming back to our house post Code Design make over. Codi managed electrician/painters/ carpenter/ radiator/ kitchen & carpet fitter. She took on all the stress of the refurb for us - managed the timings & pulled it all together. Codi was also great at sticking to the agreed budget & giving us options/choices or flagging if something would cost more. She kept on top on an order (for an armchair) where the supplier was being slow/ not great at communicating. My daughter's room deserves a special mention. My daughter's face lit up when she saw Codi's proposal. The reality lived up to the proposal. I will be calling on Codi again & have already recommended her to others.

Codi has been excellent on so many levels. Her designs really came to life as we worked with her, she understood what we wanted & stretched us one step further. I’m delighted we gave her creative reign on the designs for our house; we’ve ended up with a boutique hotel feel & a house which really reflects how we want to live. She managed everything within our set budget so there was minimal management on our part (only agreeing to final designs & storing items), when things went wrong with the builders (they inevitably always do!), she was a pleasure to work with & helped us through with a positive and can-do attitude. She felt like a true partner through this & she went above & beyond to ensure we were happy with the end result. I’m already recommending her to family & friends!

When we bought our home, we knew we wanted to do a master en-suite on our top floor to give us a little sanctuary. It was such a tricky space to figure out how we best use the square footage - but also, how to make it our little peaceful space. Codi came in and immediately had some fantastic ideas on how we organise the space, but also felt at ease talking to her about different design options and what could look best. The whole process was super smooth, always in communication on what’s happening and when, always sharing different options to choose from and sourcing the right materials and contractors. The end product we couldn’t be more thrilled with! Thank you Codi for a lovely experience but also someone who we could trust and rely on to get it all done on time. We got in touch with The Code Design Studio about designing our nursery as the room is a small box room and we are quite conservative with our taste in decorating so we wanted her to help us. We wanted to ensure that we had all the essentials that a nursery needs as well but to create a calm and tranquil environment. Cody was amazing and she nailed the brief from the start, she also took on board our feedback and created an amazingly beautiful visual brief for us. As a first time mum who has been overwhelmed with organising everything for our baby's arrival, having Cody design and install our nursery has been the best decision. The nursery looks amazing, the finishes are beautiful and her attention to detail is impeccable. I cannot thank her enough for creating such a beautiful room for our baby.

Working with Codi on our bathroom, utility and WC remodel was an absolute dream! She pushed our design ideas slightly out of our comfort zone but always took into consideration our budget and practical requirements. Managing the project, she found the most fantastic builders and the end result is complete perfection.

I couldn't of ask for a better interior designer for my first apartment. Codi knows what looks good but she was also very open to ideas from me if i didn't like something. Her floor plans and mood boards really helped me through the process of choosing what would be in my first home. So happy with how our project turned out! I'd give her 6 stars if i could!

I came to Codi with a whole bunch of ideas for my flat and no idea how to effect any of it. From managing the tradesmen to designing each room she made the process totally effortless for me and I could not be happier with the result. Her expertise coupled with her eye for design has totally transformed my flat and she was perfectly able to work within my budget and brought lots of additional ideas to the table. I could not recommend her enough.

We've used The Code Design Studio for several rooms in our home and couldn't recommend the service highly enough. Codi has a keen eye for design and isn't afraid to do things differently, something that was desperately needed for our Clapham Junction flat which lacked colour and flow. Codi provided a series of whiteboards and designs so we could perfectly picture what the outcome would be - the result was even better. Not only is she experienced in design she has a great team of trades people she works with and I would trust her with any project be it design, a room refresh, decorating, flooring, a bathroom refit.
