We hired Tracey to completely renovate our two-up two-down semi-detached terrace house. The house was previously in a complete state with years of built up junk and clutter, grime, and everything old and outdated. Our kitchen did not even have a floor, it was just concrete where the old rotting lino had been removed some years ago. From the beginning and throughout, Tracey was very responsive to us and presented us with many different ideas until we decided on a look that we were happy with. She went with us to kitchen companies who were also very helpful. All the tradespeople used were very obviously of high quality. The work done was as far as I can tell, completely faultless. The electrician also visited us when we got back to talk us through the electrics in the home (and ethernets etc which he ran into various parts of the house); this was greatly appreciated and further illustrated the level of care both Tracey and the team of tradespeople had towards the project. The house in particular had a very challenging and unusual architectural feature of a staircase cutting across the middle of the front room. We did not want to completely wall it off as the front room was so dark and we were concerned about losing light. Tracey was able to come up with a very creative solution, putting up a stud wall only part-way across, with a walkway on one side and open shelving on the other, so light could still come through while also completely hiding the staircase. This wall was made into a media unit which she had custom built. For a long time we felt ashamed and embarassed for people to come into our house, but now we are proud of our home and feel comfortable inviting guests over. The work completed by Tracey was definitely lifechanging and I am glad we took the step of reaching out for professional help. Tracey worked with us to redecorate and refurbish our 15th Century home. She has already added some excellent value into the mix with her ideas. She also provides assistance with soft furnishing recovering, curtains and blinds. Her fees are transparent and she listens to the customer needs. I’d highly recommend her services.

Tracey assisted me with space planning for my kitchen/diner, and project managed the building work. She also designed the space and procured the new furniture and accessories for the space. She is creative and very responsive and lovely to work with. Highly recommended!

We sought Tracey’s expertise initially as a space planner as we wanted to get the best use of space out of our small terraced house and turn an open study area into a nursery. With Tracey ‘s expertise and guidance we have turned a 2 bedroom property into a 3 bedroom home. Tracey designed the new nursery and new bathroom, both of which are stunning. We also had a new set of stairs installed. We never thought when embarking on the project that we would have this amazing end result. In the planning stage Tracey ensured she knew what we wanted and came to us with a variety of ideas; we were never under pressure to go with a particular plan or idea and it was very much working together with Tracey’s knowledge being invaluable in that process. Tracey was able to come up with a variety of options for our budget. In the new bathroom we always had a choice and knew that the end result would be as we wanted it. Tracey works with trusted suppliers and tradesmen - we had an excellent builder, plumber, electrician and decorator work on the project. Tracey managed the project from beginning to end and kept us updated so we knew what was happening at each stage, and we were reassured knowing that everything was in hand. We simply wouldn’t have been able to contemplate or undertake this project without her help and expertise. We were given an estimate of costs and kept updated on these throughout. We would highly recommend Tracey and would work with her and her team again.

It was a delight to work with Tracy whilst she re-designed and sourced new fabrics, furniture, accessories and the decoration of many rooms in my tired and dated house. Help and advice is still ongoing in order to complete the project.

She listens carefully to your brief, offers great advice, gives you multiple options and then delivers what she promised, on time and to a high level of quality. Tracey has designed and implemented several different bedroom designs for me. She has great vision and the ability to pick out and mix different fabrics and accessories which combine to give each room a certain wow factor. Her latest project was our Master Bedroom/Ensuite where Tracey created a fabulous design which she then adapted to reflect my husband's more conservative tastes.
