Fantastic, taylor made service! Sarah helped me understand different colour hues and create a homely colour palette for our home. She completely opened my eyes and made the bamboozling process of decorating our renovated house easy and enjoyable! Sarah listened to our likes and dislikes and took into account the age of our house, the furniture, the vibe of the place. The result is amazing!

I am hugely impressed with Sarah's knowledge and professionalism. She has transformed our very mundane, spare bedroom into a bright, welcoming room, fit for any guest! Our budget wasn't huge, but after a few purchases, including fabrics, bed linen and furniture; coupled with a super shade of soft rose paint, she created a masterpiece. Sarah took careful note of our requirements and combined her artistic flair and knowledge of interior design to great effect. We would certainly engage her services again, and have already recommended Treacle Row to a number of our friends.

We have lived in our home for 3 years and I was all out of ideas! We had the usual decorating neutral to the point where I just couldn't see anything else. I needed colour, I needed vava-voom, I needed..........Treacle Row!! From the minute I met Sarah I knew she 'got me' and she knew exactly the look I was trying to create. Sarah listened although, I didn't really know which direction I was going, she guided and took me on a journey of possibilities in a very polite, professional yet friendly way. It was fun! I had got so bogged down and frustrated with the lack of ideas then Sarah came and reminded me of how much I love my home. I now see things in a different way, I look at what I already have, what works and what doesn't work! I didn't have any deadline so it was great to hear that it doesn't have to be done all at once, of course, I can take time and drip feed the process, so I can really think about it but then I was on fire!! She was realistic, factual and really knew her stuff! I couldn't really give a budget to work with as I wasn't sure myself, so we worked through it together. To be honest, I never thought I'd need an interior designer however since Sarah's visit I cant imagine how I got by without her!

I was very fortunate to meet Sarah by chance at a dinner party, at a time when I needed to make some very quick interior design decisions following major house renovations. Needless to say I was already starting to panic – but as soon as Sarah was involved – everything fell into place!!. I had already decided on major pieces of furniture, but I needed colour schemes including wallpaper, carpet and curtains for the lounge, TV room, kitchen/dining area, conservatory and master bedroom – and the decorator was arriving in 3 weeks! Even on Sarah’s first visit, I knew that she fully understood what we wanted to achieve, and had already started to open up my mind to different solutions. She really does take your ideas, extends them and gives you a vision that is something that you wouldn’t have expected was possible! I would also say that Sarah’s attention to the very small details is what makes a big difference. Sarah knew that I was incredibly short on time, so she accompanied me on a number of visits to shops to help me decide on colour schemes – which I found incredibly valuable. For the master bedroom, Sarah created a moodboard, which was fantastic! She used the space brilliantly and the wallpaper was simply beautiful. Needless to say we used all her suggestions – and she made full recommendations on where we could purchase the exact same products and alternative solutions at lower price options – again saving me time and money. We absolutely love our house – we are so pleased with how Sarah has helped us – we would never have achieved such a lovely home without Sarah’s input. I would like to again say a huge thank you to Sarah, you make the process very enjoyable with creative and beautiful results, and I highly recommend Sarah to anybody who wants to create a beautiful living space (in fact my sister has also used Sarah, with just as much success!).
