Caroline and her team did a wonderful job. We cannot thank Caroline enough for helping us to create such a stunning 2-bedroom flat. Caroline totally understands the look we were trying to achieve and the end result is everything and more that we could have wished for. We love the colours and textures she has used and the way the spaces look stylish and relaxed. We were particularly delighted with the hallway she had designed. Caroline and her team are expertise, responsive, reliable, well organized and friendly. We really appreciated Caroline making this happen within the requested time frame. Caroline and her term are efficient and well organized throughout the project, keeping an eye on the progress so that the timing of the works and the arrival of the new furniture worked perfectly. I would say Caroline is a magician. Without her help, we cannot have the right work done at the right time in our tight budget. Caroline is a pleasure to work with. After the initial briefing meeting she quickly came up with some starter thoughts which we then discussed together to arrive at a final design. When redecorating a whole house it’s an expensive project to get wrong. Willow Grey Interiors have been excellent in turning our dreams into reality. Caroline has been professional and enthusiastic throughout from initial talks through to a perfect design and colour scheme that goes with living in a country property. We cannot thank Caroline enough for her expertise in creating a classic but warming modern design in our large difficult shaped lounge. Her design takes in the feature fireplace and gives warmth and atmosphere to the room. Her vision and keenness carried on through the whole of the house using the same colour pallet but adding some darker tones as features and the end result will be just stunning. The project is ongoing and we continue to be helped and assisted by Caroline with the same enthusiasm and commitment that she has shown us throughout. We engaged with Cas, to help with a make over of our living and dining room space, at the beginning of 2021...which was typically just as Covid lockdowns came back! Despite this, Cas worked with us virtually over video appointments and photographs - even though this was a new way of working for all of us, we stumbled through the learning curve together, Cas produced an absolutely fabulous proposal for us. Once possible Cas also came to visit and went through the proposal in more detail and to help us look at fabric and paint samples, as well as making some minor changes now she could see the property and space properly. Cas pushed our design boundaries in a respectful and enjoyable way encouraging some bold colours and prints....but the end result we are absolutely over the moon with and has created a space that is so cozy and welcoming. We’d never have got to here without Cas' help! Thank you!! x

I downsized earlier this year and was really stuck for ideas on how to furnish the living room. None of my old furniture fitted and I wanted a fresh and more modern approach. Years ago I would have looked at magazines or trawled up and down the High Street but these options are no longer realistic. So much is only available online and I didn't know where to start. Caroline at Willow Grey Interiors was brilliant, she immediately understood the brief and gave me loads of ideas and guidance. She used a 3D app to illustrate my options and then backed this up with an index of all the items she had recommended so I could order these items directly. She was hugely patient and I'm sure she has saved me from making many expensive mistakes. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone not sure of how to proceed with an interiors project. I am now about to start ordering and will post the pictures of the end result in the spring.

CP - Annexe and Garage

We have been extremely happy with the work Caroline has done for us over the last 9 months. We have used her to help with building design, interior design and project management. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with, reliable, hardworking and extremely responsive (even in recent months!). She listens carefully to what you think you want and need, and magics this into something wonderful and beautiful. She is very perceptive and we loved all of her designs, and pretty much got to the point where we knew that we would like what she had chosen. I have also been very impressed by her ability to work with different budget levels - from top spec to ‘we don’t want to spend much because it’s only temporary’. She has so many great ideas and reads her clients well. She took on the project management of two extremely tricky and stressful building projects happening concurrently - and has proved to be organised, determined and achieves results. She is a very good chaser! Caroline is an absolute professional, you can trust her completely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. We are beyond happy with the interiors of our completed project - it’s lovelier than we could have imagined. We have already enlisted Caroline to do the same thing with our big house project in a couple of years time. I don’t think I need to say any more....!

As a pair of accountants, we have for many years attempted to create the warm, lovely home scenes you see in the magazines, and whilst we knew what end result we aspired to, it was clear we didn't know how to get from a to b! This was the first time we teamed up with a professional and i can only say how pleased we are that we did. The end result delivered exactly what we wanted, we were blown away with the transformation of our living room. More importantly, Caroline listened to our brief closely, didn't force us in any direction and teased out of us the kind of result we were after, tailoring her approach accordingly. Budget was taken into consideration for the project and factored into the design. Where necessary she was very willing to give her professional opinion and steer us toward what ultimately is a fantastic result that we couldn't have achieved on our own in a million years. Caroline Sharp

We approached Caroline after moving into our self-build house. At the end of the project we had 'decision fatigue' and couldn't focus on the interior much more than choosing the curtains and furniture. Caroline came round to see what we had done so far and we discussed what we liked/disliked etc. She worked with what we already had in place and seemed to 'get us' straight away. She also didn't have the pretentious attitude that we had experienced with interior designers in the past. Caroline provided us with great ideas and visuals and was always available to answer our questions. She never tried to push us down her favoured route and we could have honest and straightforward discussions without feeling intimidated at all. She persuaded us to be a little bolder with our colour choices etc and she was totally right. We are so happy with the finished result; from the wall colours to the rugs and all the extra pieces that 'dress' a room and finally make it feel complete. We would use Caroline again in a flash and recommend her to anyone who wants to work with a down to earth designer who knows what she's talking about!

I am related to this person, I admit it. However, she redesigned almost all my house and it's gorgeous, so why shouldn't I say so? Caroline listened to my brief regarding my design ideals, but took the project to a new level. Whenever I showed some reticence about a design choice, she was right. She has now completed 6 rooms, which are original, cohesive and luxurious. She puts colours together well, mixes traditional fabrics, with modern design twists, but is always practical. Her lighting ideas have made my home so smart and comfortable. She even commissioned some original artwork, showing scenes from my garden, at reasonable cost. She has a team of tradespeople who also work to a high standard. I'm fussy about detail and I wasn't disappointed. She hasn't kept me waiting for designs and gets on with it. Caroline is fantastic and I would highly recommend her services. She helped transform our new home completely, moving the project on with drive, enthusiasm and efficiency. The interior she has created in our home is perfect for us and she really understood our needs and what we wanted. She has made beautiful curtains and cushions throughout the house. She has reframed precious pictures, she has enhanced things that we had and made them look better! The wonderful service I would also recommend was the room transformation where we left her to it for a few hours and the room was beautified with pictures hung, curtains in place and the accessories that make the interior really come together laid out. It was like walking into someone’s else’s house and I have loved it every day since. We couldn’t have wished for a better service and her she is very reliable and very easy to work with too.

Caroline has transformed our house from an underwhelming magnolia haven into something rather special. We decided to embark upon a transformation project and chose Willow Grey Interiors based on a word of mouth recommendation and subsequent reviews on Houzz. Upon Caroline's first visit, it was clear that she was visualising what was possible with the spaces that we had to play with. A couple of weeks later, we had the 3D plans, lots of pictures of related items to assess and plenty of paint/fabric samples. It was a smooth and professional introduction to the process. Fast forward a few months and we have worked with and enjoyed the company/services of many professional and reliable trades people who were recommended but never imposed. The result is a home which builds on our individual characters, adds colour, warmth and humour to our standard of living, and raises the standard of the environment in which we live. Deadlines have been met and we maintained budgets against our expectations. It has been a lot of fun! Cas has just finished a complete overhaul of our living room and play room and we are absolutely delighted with the results. With two young sons and a hectic life we were keen to redecorate and refurnish the rooms but struggled with time and inspiration. Cas took all of the hassle out of the process pulling together mood boards, 100s of fabrics, some fantastic furniture options and quotes from numerous trades people. Once we had decided on our route she coordinated the whole project, timing the arrival and departure of painters, carpenters and carpet layers with great aplomb and then arriving with several car loads of beautiful handmade cushions, blinds and curtains and an impressive array of lamps, pictures, mirrors and other chattels to dress the room and bring it all together. Cas quickly grasped what we were looking for (which is a miracle as we didn’t really know!) so we gave her a great deal of latitude to make decisions on our behalf. From the start, she was skilled at taking our ideas and likes to create a functional, child-friendly family kitchen/diner with no compromise on style. I was recommended to Cas, she did not disappoint! I needed 4 x cushion covers made up from some lovely fabric I had ordered. Cas was super quick to respond, extremely approachable and friendly, she was in my area the following day and even offered to collect the fabric! Right from our first meeting, it was clear that Caroline is great at what she does. She really took the time to get to know me and my husband and to understand exactly what we were looking for in our home. Neither of us are creative at all so relied heavily on Caroline for ideas and she was very patient and helpful throughout the project. She designed our en suite and master bedroom, made cushions and Roman blinds for the bedroom, chose all the accessories, liaised with the Bathroom company during installation, and made sure we were happy at every stage of the project. We are delighted with the end result and can’t wait for Caroline to work her magic on the rest of our home! We cannot recommend her highly enough. She is reliable, hardworking and extremely talented.

Caroline has been fantastic with our living room project from the start to finish. We first contacted Willow Grey about our project at the start of 2017. Caroline seemed to know exactly what we wanted from the outset and presented us with a beautiful mood board and furniture plan. We were very impressed with Caroline's attention to detail, organisation, and professionalism. The arrival of out second baby in April meant we weren't moving forward with the project so we called Caroline again in August and asked her to manage the project for us. Within days we had tradespeople coming to quote and work had begin within a matter of weeks. Certainly a lot more efficient than we were capable of being at the time! The work is finally finished and we are delighted with the transformation. So much so that we have already requested assistance with our next design. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Willow Grey Interiors.

We would throughly recommend Caroline - in fact, we already have! Caroline offered a complete curtain making service, from helping us to chose the fabric, making the curtains and then she even put the poles up! I would never have chosen the fabric that I did, without her help and guidance. Our curtains are simply stunning! Caroline is now helping us with colours, flooring, lighting and furniture for our Kitchen/Diner extension. The great thing about Caroline is you can hire her to do as little or as much as you want. She is very friendly but also very professional and I'm sure she will continue to help us with projects in the future.

We were delighted with the service we received from Willow Grey Interiors. We hired Caroline to overhaul our living room and master bedroom. She helped us every step of the way, from choosing furniture, paint colours and accessories to designing bespoke furniture. She even painted our existing bedroom furniture to save us money - and the results looked brilliant! We didn’t feel pressurised at any point, and really felt like she took the time to understand what it was we wanted, while also stretching our ideas to give us two rooms with a wow factor. It was really helpful to just pay for what we wanted, rather than only having the option of one complete service, so we were able to spread the costs of the design and not spend silly money, which is what we thought we would do hiring an interior designer. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend!

Caroline has been such a great inspiration to us with getting us to think carefully about what we want from our house interior! She has come up with a beautiful colour scheme and has great ideas and vision on how to throw some colour in too. Very professional and friendly with excellent customer service. With the added bonus that she can upholster cushions and blinds too and keen to upcycle existing items that we already have! Would highly recommend
