I’ve had 2 pieces of furniture painted absolutely, delighted with both, Superb advice on paint and pick up and drop us so accommodating Excellent service would highly recommend and such a lovely lady to deal with

We had 5 x dining chairs and 1 x windsor chair which were dark wood re-painted duck egg blue in chalk paint and wax sealed. They look completely different and now fit their surroundings in a busy family kitchen. The company was very responsive and all work and communications were efficient and timely.

A pine wood welsh dresser - about 35 yrs old, clear varnished and wellused, restored by painting to match a newly fitted kitchen by matching paint colours + finish, for a perfect blend with the new kitchen furniture.

We consulted Chris and Celia on recommendation from a friend. From the outset my wife Debbie and I were impressed by their patience and active listening skills, (asking lots of questions to establish they understood what "we thought" we wanted). We were looking to "make over"rather than buy "new" two sets of bedroom furniture (wardrobes, headboards,chests of drawers) and some dining room furniture (sideboards, tables & chairs). Our furniture, in terms of quality, is ok but dated (lot of 1970/80's Pine). Chris & Celia suggested colour schemes and different options for the style of finish, many of which were new to us.They even suggested ideas for contrasting handles, knobs etc and complimentary lamps. They priced everything on a spreadsheet which was easy to understand, and they started work. It didn't take long, they kept us informed of progress, were flexible when my wife Debbie changed her mind on handles, and really pleasant and accommodating to deal with, very refreshing! The end results have exceeded our expectations, and we have already recommended friends and family, some of whom have already commissioned their own make overs already. During a house move, we asked Celia and Chris to paint our mahogany bedroom furniture as it simply wasn't going to suit our new place. It had a French polished finished, so was never going to be a straightforward commission. The furniture had originally been fairly costly, so it was with some trepidation that I trusted the assurances I was given, e.g. on quality and durability of finish, of attention to detail etc. I'm delighted to have made the choice, my furniture looks fantastic, its a really great quality job and the whole idea has worked out better than I'd hoped. The value for me in the service was the advice and guidance given through out, plus the willingness to change direction if needed. True to their word, Chris and Celia made sure that I was kept informed every step of the way and also nothing proceeded until I was happy with choices made. The are hugely patient, know what they're talking about and can do what they say they can. Celia's advice is gently given and yet insightful and I was glad to take it. The whole process took a little longer than I imagined although partly that was down to delays in my responses to questions and decision points. very happy, Julie
