I was needing a fast turnaround on a small flat as wanted to give holiday rentals a go. I couldn't think what to do with the space on a tight budget. I was looking for something cool and eye catching but neutral , so guests would feel at home. I approached Mel and discussed prices ... she made it all affordable. The impact she was able to create, with subtle use of colour, was incredible. Mel brought out original property features and helped me to focus only on what was really needing replaced to keep in budget. She advised on what to shop for, researched the best places.... I could never have come close to creating the feel she did. Each room is incredible. Mel has a sympathetic, gentle in approach but with awe inspiring style. She really listens and worked with me and my ideas.She also liaised with building professionals for me, something I was nervous about. The property started renting out a few hours after the photos were posted online- Before calling Mel the property had been on there for a month with no booking. She is an investment that I couldn’t do without. I’m so glad I took a chance and got in touch. Thank you so much.

Commercial premises style and interior upgrade: I am a manager at a small independent pub in the city and we had worked hard to improve customer experience. Budget for style and interior was not a priority but we approached Mel for advice. She is so relaxed and dedicated and came for a visit. The place was transformed with some incredible use of what was there and paint colours and setting. Watching Mel work was an education. She really cares about detail and I can honestly say the impact it had on our clientele was astonishing. Thanks from myself and the team here. Highly recommend.

We’re currently working with Mel to renovate our old house. I find decision making exhausting at times, and with 3 small children I rarely get time to myself to either go shopping for inspiration or get peace in the internet to research ideas. She’s amazing. I vaguely tell her what we’re thinking and she comes back with options that were exactly the sort of thing we were hoping for but without doing the legwork ourselves! Her taste is unquestionable and there are times she’s quite rightly told me why I should tailor my ideas more to hers, but she’s tactful enough to recognise when something is important to me and I don’t want to compromise on a style idea. We’ve done a living room and 3 bedrooms with her help now, and are currently embracing an extension with a new kitchen, a dining room, hall and renovating 3 bathrooms. I can’t rate her highly enough, and can only imagine the stress of trying to sort and choose all this myself. From selecting bathroom porcelain in our budget to advising colour schemes for walls, I’m so happy we have her to refer to and help us with decision making! She’s utterly invaluable and I’d rather cut the budget for tangible things than lose her help, she’s worth every penny xx
