“We asked Debenvale to quote for a new bespoke kitchen, to replace the existing bathroom, to build a new en suite shower room and toilet and to create a ground floor cloakroom. They worked in conjunction with our main building contractor as there were a great deal of structural alterations needed some of which were unforeseen and made the project a lengthy one. Andrew Southgate, the director that worked with us, designed all the alterations that we needed and produced detailed specifications and computer aided graphics of the finished areas. When it came to the time when building work in various areas would allow Debenvale to commence they sent in the appropriate tradesmen all of whom were highly skilled, hard working, pleasant and polite. The standards that they worked to were of the highest order and they were meticulous in their execution.
