“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. “Design Team were excellent from start to finish. We decided to go with them as they offered one point of contact (we had Steven as our designer) and it was very helpful to sit down with him to discuss our brief in more detail at the measured survey. They secured planning permission for our loft conversion, 1st floor extension and garage conversion. We particularly valued their integrated, fixed fee package and not having to employ a separate structural engineer streamlined the process. As the end of the design process they produced a detailed schedule of works which we were able to send to our shortlisted contractors for tender pricing. They were also very helpful and responsive during the build assisting with queries and providing additional information that was requested by Building Control. Highly recommended.”

“Whilst project co-ordinating a refurbishment, I recommended Tom's practice Wellstudio architecture to my interior design studio's clients, a young creative family who were interested in undertaking an extension on their four story East London townhouse during the full scale renovation of their property. As the clients are lovers of art, we were keen to create a unique art led structure that was a little different, even unorthodox. The result was an origami inspired copper clad extension and garden canopy that's visual simplicity belies its technical complexity. This is where Tom really displayed his excellence as an architect, as he has both the artistic vision and collaborative character to flesh out conceptual forms that are genuinely original, but crucially, he also has the communication skills and technical rigour to bring it all to fruition with professionalism and diligence. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom for clients looking for an architect who can create something highly personalised to their needs and aesthetic.”
