“Darius and his team did a great job of our bathroom refurbishment (removing a wall between two adjoining rooms and completely refurbishing the new room and fitting a new bathroom suite, tiling and decorating) - from first contact to finishing the job Darius was very professional and responsive and consulted with us throughout to ensure all of the details for the work were as we wanted them. Tom and the rest of the team completed the work to a high standard, and we are very pleased with the overall finish. Minor snagging works were completed very promptly and without any problems. The works started on time and were completed within the approximate timetable indicated. “Benchmark Lofts built our loft to the highest standards, they helped us realise our design ideas for the loft into a beautiful, bright and comfortable double bedroom with a shower room. The limited space available was cleverly distributed leaving us plenty of room for storage including built in wardrobes and spacious eaves. The whole team has a great work ethic and are very efficient, the full work was done in about 8 weeks and we didn't need to move out during the process, they were always careful, clean and tidy.
