When the kitchen arrived it had the following issues: 1.Wrong size worktop 2.Wrong corner unit supplied 3.Upstands too short 4.Splashback didn't fit 5.Missing handles 6.Spice rack too long I subsequently found the combination oven//microwave was faulty and a couple of other minor issues. Cole Roberts have been very unhelpful at rectifying issues. Indeed i am still trying to get a refund on the splashback that they won't take back because of how the fitter opened the packaging.

From the start of our journey to transform our `normal` cloakroom into something `exiting`, Cole Roberts of Loughborough assisted. Their professionalism, attention to detail and patience only added to their overall service. The reason we chose them was to visit their showroom where you can actually `look and feel` unusual fittings. The wealth of knowledge shown by Steve was so helpful. Prior to taking our work, a survey with the workperson who undertook the job, was conducted. The fittings arrived, pre start date. Throughout the transformation our property was looked after by the workperson, with his attention to detail and careful placement of fittings. He would engage with us where decisions were to be made – excellent.

We are delighted we only have a small kitchen but Cole Roberts design has maximised all available space. Excellent quality built units and appliances. Very friendly and professional company and competitively priced. They were able to supply everything that was needed. This is the second kitchen we have purchased from Cole Roberts but only because we moved house. Highly recommended.

excellent experience from initial contact through to delivery and installation. Problems and issues were well worked around to ensure the minimum of disruption and delivery of what we had wished for . The project was delivered to time, on budget and with a smile!
