I ordered two items several weeks ago but they have not been delivered. Several attempts to contact Nationwide Bathrooms by email and telephone have been fruitless. I would avoid dealing with these people and go with one of the numerous other suppliers.

Ordered an item two months ago. Product never arrived. Company do not respond to emails or answer the phone. Strongly advise not to trade with this company.

Avoid at all cost ordered 2 of the same item, when arrived one item was incorrect. after eventually being able to get a response. they said they would send out the correct item and take the incorrect one back. The new item arrived and was incorrect again. i have spent the last 10 days emailing with no response. shocking customer service.

AVOID-AVOID-AVOID. Please read the reviews, I wish I had. Delivered the wrong product and then constantly lied to, if I could get through, as they cut me off when they recognised my number. Nobody replies to any emails, even the 'owner'. Now cancelled the order and I will go through whatever means to get the refund I am entitled to. Only given one star as couldn't post with none.

I stupidly ignored other people's experience with this company. I shouldn't have. This has been the worst retail experience Ive had. I spent £1300 on a sink and toilet. Lie after lie about delivery. I cancelled the order but now I've had to raise a dispute with Paypal to get my money back - they lied about processing the refund too ! No surprise. Save yourself the hassle - buy somewhere else. I did. it was cheaper and they delivered exactly when they said they would.

Ordered some radiator and valves. 1 week later there was no sign of the delivery, and we had someone on site to install, so I had to buy something from a local shop. I emailed to cancel. 2 weeks later I have still not reieved a response, and there has been no refund. Support line takes an age to answer... writing this while I am a waiting (currently caller number 10!)

Very knowledgable and friendly staff, I wanted advice on the Duravit shower toilets, they were the only company that explained the product technically apart from Duravit themselves. Their prices are competitive and will do a price match. Will be using them from now on for all my bathroom purchases.

On the plus side: if you know what you want and have no problems with it, service is great and product was delivered safely. Customer Service feedback has been quick. However, in this case the wrong product was ordered. The replacement toilet seat I ordered's fittings didn't fit (I now know it was the wrong seat after many conversations with the producer!). I contacted NB within the 14 day period and they advised me to contact the manufacturer (and then closed the case). Because this next stage in the process (manufacturer contact) took longer than 14 days I now can no longer return my unused item. No consideration has been made to respect the manufacturer consultation time. I now have a brand new toilet seat I can do nothing with and a flat refusal to consider my case.

Nationwide staffs are very polite; they are very helpful and cooperative. Last month I order some bathroom products. When I received my order, there one product is missing. So I call them, their assured me that they will get it delivered within 2 day which I received. I like their efficient consumer service.

First time when I am trying to made a purchase from nationwide I have doubt about the genuinity of the product because they are offering a product at discounted price from other online store. But when I received my ordered product, I feel good that it’s a genuine product come in a Proper packing.
