They have a terrific selection of handles with affordable prices, so I placed 2 orders for handles for a kitchen. Whilst they were relatively small, both orders took in excess of 4 weeks to arrive. No call backs to answerphone messages. Little or no response to email chasers. When I eventually did speak to someone, they were efficient and helpful and resolved the situation, but very difficult to get hold of and delayed project completion as a result.
