Kate at 102 Interiors has just finished designing my brand new loft en suite and a cloakroom downstairs. What a fantastic experience, Kate's knowledge and attention to detail were exemplary. The samples and then the final products were ordered and delivered on time, with Kate even delivering shower parts herself when the supplier was delayed. I also found her professionalism when liaising with my plumber and builder outstanding. the whole process was super efficient and actually highly enjoyable. First rate !

We asked Kate to advise on the design of our master bedroom and put together a project management plan so we could oversee the various trades from electrics to plumbing, decorator to carpentry. Kate is fantastic to work with. She really cared about making sure every aspect of the room would work for us. It sounds obvious but she listened and asked lots of questions. That, combined with her expertise, meant we quickly brought together a mood board of colours, fabrics and samples. She was equally effective at hunting down all the different products we needed, from sourcing an antique chandelier to the smallest switch for the wall lights. We've been trying to get this room sorted for years and having Kate on board has given us much needed design expertise, a practical, thorough approach and the confidence to progress the work. We couldn't recommend 102 Interiors highly enough.

We had 102 Interiors reinvent the back room of our shop Mrs Robinson on Lordship Lane. Kate and her team superseded our expectations. The work was exceptionally high quality, and her team were friendly and helpful, Kate was creative, open to suggestion and totally unflappable. We are delighted with the final result and would definitely use 102 interiors in the future.

We had 102 Interiors do our side return and kitchen extension. Kate was with us through every stage of the works which took about 6 months. Every aspect of the build was explained to us and costs were pretty accurate. A build such as this requires many different trades people and the organisation and quality were exceptional. We have the house of our dreams and would highly recommend Kate and all her team. We did spend a small fortune on tea and biscuits but it was all worth it.

Kate and her team did a side return extension on our kitchen. We are thrilled with the results. They work to an incredibly high standard, with good ideas and great attention to detail. There were no dramas, just calm, pragmatic, knowledgeable responses to any problems that arose. The real bonus is that they are all really nice people - friendly, courteous (and tidy!), which made the whole process much less stressful than it might have been.

We engaged 102 to undertake a complex kitchen extension. We had a fair idea of what we wanted, but this was mostly in broad brush terms. 102 were very helpful in completing the finer details of the job, with clever bits of design and finishing. For each aspect of the job, 102 were happy to look at all the options with considerable patience. The work was of a very high standard of course, came in on budget and was much more than what we had hoped for. Two things that i would like to bring out that are unusual and give the 5 stars. First, 102 are very respectful and considerate builders. Sure, construction is messy and dusty, but the crew do their very best to minimise their disruption to the rest of the house and family life. This is something they actually care about. Second, their aftercare service is excellent. For minor glitches or cracks appearing in the plaster 102 came back rapidly and sorted the problem with the minimum of fuss. Would we hire again - immediately.

102 Interiors have created the most beautiful looking, wonderfully spacious, efficient family kitchen for us. Kate and her team were incredibly hard working and at the end of the day, were desperate to make us happy. Makes a big difference having a woman on site everyday. She came up with excellent ideas and hit cost budgets. We feel very lucky that Kate was able to take on our project!

Kate and her wonderful team of builders extended and renovated our kitchen. A wonderful team who are a delight to have around. However, hard it is to go through a build Kate made it as painless as possible, constantly thinking outside the box. An outstanding finish which we are delighted with.

Kate and her team at 102 Interiors did a great job, the results are fantastic and the customer service was hands on and 24/7. Even now, months after completing the job, she's happy to respond if I have any questions. Highly recommended.

The 102 Interiors Team are like no other builders. They are on site from 8am every day, often until 6pm or later. Their work is flawless (other builders have commented on the quality of the job, especially the tiling and overall finish and without fail are nothing but impressed). Every day I am thankful for the dream home they created for me. It makes me happy to simply walk through my door. I don't want to be anywhere else! It is never easy to live through a build, but these guys made it as painless as is humanly possibly, and I really do miss them now they have gone. I LOVE my home, and I am so thankful that I trusted my instincts and booked 102 Interiors to make my dreams a reality. They are (as a famous lady once sang) "Simply the best, better than all the rest"…...
