“Everyone at Best Plumbing Tile & Stone in Somers, NY is great. Over the years I’ve had occasion to be in contact with ownership, sales professionals, warehouse personnel and delivery people. Each one has always gone out of their way to be professional & helpful! One particular positive experience we had this year involved material procurement and guidance needed with selection of quality tiles for an indoor pool project in White Plains. Glenda Saltz was extremely helpful in guiding us through a selection of materials that fit appropriately within our delivery time-frame & budget for the Aqua Tots project. “Our project was bringing our 1970's kitchen up to date, and expanding it into an adjacent room. This was a complete redesign of the floor plan and essentially starting from the studs. We drew up a rough design (on graph paper!) and walked into the Torrington Lowes to start getting ideas and see what we could do. We were met by Kathy and Danielle, and they took that design and put it in motion to coming a reality. They helped us with everything, from picking out the right cabinets, to lining up a fantastic contractor to install them as well as our new floor and ceiling to go with it. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed, and we are absolutely thrilled with how the project turned out. We would definitely go back to them for future projects, and would highly recommend them to anyone!”

“John and his crew have done several projects for me at my home and have been nothing short of professional and courteous...not to mention the workmanship is outstanding. Working with contractors can be an intimidating process but John makes the process smooth and comfortable. He was there when he said he would be there, finished when he said he would finish, and there were no "surprise" costs involved. When his crew left, they even swept the floor!! John is a man of his word, which is hard to find these days. We highly recommend him and his company.”
