“Davis Leichsenring is the owner-architect of Holland Bath & Spa. His design work is excellent and the execution superb. His attention to detail, from the selection of tile and accessories to paint colors and installation, is as close to perfection as I've ever seen or experienced. Davis has amazing vision, aesthetics, meticulous execution, and is great guy to work with. He listened to me and offered great ideas that blend exquisite style, solid construction, and seamless functionality according to my goals, needs and budget. He is honest and up front about cost and is a great example of getting what you pay for. He completely remodeled three bathrooms (two full baths and one half bath) and a laundry room, all within the agreed upon budget and timeline. His crew is excellent and he spends time with both client and crew on a regular basis during the construction phase to assure that everything is according to plan, down to the finest detail. He has my highest recommendation. If I have additional projects, he's the only one I would hire to do them.”

“From the moment we passed through their doors it was evident that this firm is nothing less than professional, i.e. displays, courteous greeting, availability of staff to assist us with questions, and informed knowledge of the products. We had an in home consultation with Bonnie who also helpful, knowledgeable, and explained things very thoroughly. We ultimately did not use Kenwood at the time but not because of any factors on their end. In fact Bonnie actually came up with some very creative solutions for our small area. “Had thought about having my tiny galley kitchen redone for a few years, but couldn't seem to find the right cabinets. Saw a ton of samples through different retailers - nothing was quite right, and most were not well constructed, in my opinion. I decided to hire this company after seeing a kitchen with their cabinets and was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. We ended up doing an entire kitchen renovation with Allyn, including removal of a wall (to be replaced with a peninsula), new hardwood floors, replacement of plumbing and walls, installation of back-splash, and of course my beautiful cabinets. My home is older and nothing is standard. The custom cabinets we received surpassed our expectations. The installation was done in a very precise manor - they were leveled accurately. The fit and finish of the cabinets is excellent. They are more like fine furniture than cabinets. I have gotten nothing but compliments from guests and visitors. Wish I could post before and after pictures. Working with Roger was very easy- he was accessible and pleasant. His installers were neat and clean and quick. He had a lot of great ideas for lay out that were spot-on. We are completely happy and 100% satisfied with the quality of work and customer service.”
