“I purchased Panasonic WhisperSense-Lite ( Fv-11vqcl6) from Wave Plumbing. This fan is amazing. It has 110 cfm -0.7 sones, it's ultra quiet! Our bathroom is long and small and NO WINDOW. The neat features of this fan is that is has dual sensor capability, motion sensor, humidity sensor and includes (2) 13W self ballasted GU24 base CFL lamps. It senses motion and turns on. It's so quiet! You don't really know it on. It just does the job. The sensor does the same for humidity. I am not crazy about the exterior look, the cheap plastic light and plastic cover doesn't go with my decor at all!!! My husband insisted I get the one with the light it does come in a version without the light. ( I promise, I will never turn on that light) I really LOVE the sensor features and quiet function of this fan! Got a great price on-line and of course "FREE SHIPPING" I wouldn't buy my stuff on-line if I paid shipping! Wave Plumbing communicated immediately and my fan arrived as promised. I really love it when the company communicates any delays or issues. It makes me trust in them even though I have never heard of them or used them before! Great customer service!!!”

“I had been looking for affordable new flooring for a long time when I saw B & M's ad in a local circular. The advertised price seemed too good to be true. I went and checked it out. When I met with Ben the owner, he explained that the price was correct, and showed me the tile samples that were advertised. This was exactly what I had been looking for and pricing at home shows, stores, etc. I asked if there were any hidden costs and we went over all of the extra costs, removal of old flooring and crack sealing; there was not an extra charge for moving furniture. I immediately set an appointment up to measure and check out the main floor choices I had made for color. Ben came out with the tiles and measured. I asked his help in choosing between 2 tiles and he was so helpful and correct. He sent me a bid via email. I responded and accepted his bid. We set up a start date and his team arrived and went to work. I could hardly believe how fast and helpful they were. It took only 4 days to remove the old flooring and tile 6 large rooms. Samuel was the lead installer. He and his helper were polite, efficient, helpful, and professional. I even added tile to a closet later(after the job was finished) and it was not a problem. I paid the bid price per square foot with the only charges not specifically on the bid being crack sealing which was only $1.00 a linear foot. Over all I am pleased to recommend this small family owned business. They were honest, helpful, professional, and inexpensive. The price was inexpensive but the service and care was beyond expensive.
