“The quality of a company should be judged on how it deals with problems that arise. Through no fault of Suzana at Trade Up kitchens, badly mis-matched work tops were supplied to us. Within less than a working day arrangements had been made to collect and replace them with a new set of worktops. Overall I received a very friendly and professional service from Suzana. I contacted several possible suppliers and she gave us the best price. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.”
