2020 probably wasn't the best year to get the kitchen done but we worked around various lockdown and supply issues and finally got there. Both Dipesh and Vimal were great - very accommodating and patient through the various design and planning issues whilst working around the nationwide lockdown restrictions and keeping in line with the appropriate safety measure when on site. Being local it meant they were able to pop in and check on progress and be on hand for any snags, queries, issues etc. The end result is fab and we are very happy. Looks great, a lot more storage and it just flows better. Would recommend !

Just continues to get worse.
In resolving the dishwasher drainage issues have come to realise that Cattleya used the dishwasher's power cable as a support for one of it's legs as it was not long enough to reach solid support on the floor and needed spacing.
A lump of tile would have done the job but they have opted for compressing a power cable instead.
Deliberately introducing fire risks would appear to be acceptable to them.
Well a year in with a 35K kitchen, visually stunning and all of the components are excellent.
The fitting however has been and continues to be a disaster.
The kitchen units were shipped from Germany assembled, several were crushed in transit so we had several weeks delay whilst replacements were arranged.
Kitchen was fitted, first issue was the extractor, Cattleya had gone with a flexi-pipe from this to a hole in the wall, unfortunately this was routed over a wall unit and under heating pipes leaving about 3cm2 of airspace, if we turned on the extractor it would blow the pipe off the unit. Fortunately we had the builders back for snagging so were able to cut a hole through the wall and install wide flat ducting to mostly remedy this.
Sink overflow for the inset sink was supplied with a reversible seal to suit either curved or flat surface, curved was used for our flat backed sink so we now have permanent water damage in the cabinet under the sink.
Trap from the sink was routed through a flexi pipe arrangement rising from the trap hence continuously blocking, dual outlet Fisher & Paykel added with Y and T adapters. Now have a F&P engineer booked to remedy the flood alerts. Have spent today cutting a new hole through the kitchen wall to accommodate a dedicated waste for the dishwasher and have replaced the rather interesting flexi-pipe and assorted adapters with a dedicated waste for the sink.
These people also run a bathroom business so have no excuse for not understanding plumbing or ventilation.
Throughout the installation process we just had a string of excuses.
Finally installed and with time to use we are discovering the many hidden shortcuts that were taken.
I really hope that we have now found them all but remain prepared to discover more.
Most problems can and have been rectified but I am gutted that only a year in the unit under our sink which should have a long life span is permanently damaged because a company who should know better cannot install a seal the right way around.
Throughout my dealings with Cattleya I have been left with an impression of an utter lack of honesty and competence.

I bought a German Ballerina kitchen from Cattleya kitchens. My wife and I wanted a minimilist kitchen design but didn’t want to compromise on storage. Dipesh and Manisha from Cattleya were great from our first meeting at their store.
Out initial session was about an hour and Dipesh created a design we loved. We then went back and forth for months with other ideas we had seen in magazines and the Houzz app. We had also received quotes and designs from Nolte kitchens in order to see what would suit us.
In the end we chose the Ballerina kitchen and Cattleya, as the original design Dipesh came up with in our first meeting was the one we preferred. Even though we had changed the design after our first session, we realised that what Dipesh had suggested initially worked for us best.
The guys at Cattleya have detailed knowledge of their products and went out of their way to design our kitchen. Anytime I had a question, they were happy to answer.
We also bought all of our Siemens appliances and Quooker tap from them as they were very competitive.
I would recommend Cattleya to anyone looking for a high quality kitchen, provided by a professional company with friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff.

Both Dipesh and Vim were excellent; very helpful and understanding in meeting my needs and especially in the aftermath of appalling installation from previous installers.
Brilliant team and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new kitchen and bathrooms.

Cattleya Kitchen and their design team are professional and very knowledgeable regarding layout, finishes and appliance. I would strongly recommend anyone refurbishing their kitchen to use their services.
We changed our minds so many times and yet each time they provided us with 1-1 support, giving us advice and ideas. Their design team led by Dipesh, Manisha and Vim worked tirelessly with us to get our kitchen design just right.
Regarding appliances, there is so much to choose from and without their knowledge/assistance it would have been a nightmare!
Thank you Cattleya team

We used Cattleya kitchens for our new kitchen in our rear extension project. Right from the outset we found everyone to be professional and helpful. They were there to guide us through the design phase and produced excellent drawings based on our brief. All furniture was delivered on time and actually ahead of schedule. The quality of the finished product was everything we had hoped for and wish to thanks them for a very thorough, complete and outstanding service all delivered at very good value. We will keep recommending this firm. Particularly helpful too that they were local to us on Pitshanger Lane.... Thank-you

My experience with Cattleya Kitchens was wonderful. They provided brilliant customer service from start to finish and continue to provide this level of service even after my kitchen has been fitted.
In terms of the kitchen design, we could not have asked for anything different. It looks amazing and makes a great statement in our new house. Every guest has commented on how wonderful our kitchen looks!
I can definitely recommend on using Cattleya Kitchens without any hesitation.
