Thank you, Michael - Glad we could help you achieve your design!
I have now used Livinghouse on two occasions for heated towel rails for two of my bathrooms - one brass, one gold. Both have been absolutely fantastic quality and superb designs. I have one more bathroom to do and 100% will be back to Livinghouse for the radiators.

We spent £8,000 on brass towel radiators with Livinghouse as part of a full house refurbishment. Unfortunately after we took delivery of the radiators last year, our builder went into liquidation and they were placed in storage, unopened, until we could move forward with a new builder.
During that time Livinghouse started offering lacquered finishes and we arranged to return the radiators for lacquering. One - two had been fully removed from protections, five had not. When they returned in April and we fully exposed all the radiators for the first time we discovered a series of marks (dirt and smears) underneath the lacquer, and numerous poorly brazed and blistered joints - some but not all are evidenced here.
After expressing dissatisfaction, Livinghouse shut down direct dialogue with me claiming my architect was their client (since his name appears on the invoice - acting as my agent), ignoring the fact I had paid them directly for these products.
They insist all of the visual issues with the radiators are due to tarnishing and that explains the poorly brazed and blistered joints, and the dirty smears underneath the lacquer. I have not found a specialist yet who agrees with that statement.
Livinghouse has suggested I am trying to return the products because they do not match other brassware in my bathrooms - and it is true that they don’t - but we have many different ranges of brass in the house and that doesn’t matter because the overall quality is high. When you place a poor product next to a great product the tone of the metal is irrelevant.
We’ve come across some great companies - and great bathroom companies specifically - during the course of the build, and we think the defining qualities are not only providing a great product but also being able to service your product and your customer after the point of sale. This has not been our experience with Livinghouse regrettably and we are now being forced to look to remedial solutions or more costly replacement options. Not as expected.

Comment from Livinghouse:
We would like to take this opportunity to defend ourselves against various claims suggested here.
This order for 7 towel rails in natural unfinished brass was placed with Livinghouse in February 2018. The order was discussed, quoted, finalised and invoiced to an architect (name withheld for his privacy). At no point have we had any dealings with Sarah Davison.
Natural unfinished brass towel rails are supplied without any protection so that they intentionally develop a patina over time. Our website clearly states that these products will tarnish and will require periodic polishing and maintenance.
We were contacted by the architect in February 2019, 10 months after the towel rails were delivered, to report that his client did not like the tarnishes that were developing on the rails.
After discussions with the architect, Livinghouse quoted a price to have these rails lacquer protected. This again was invoiced directly to the architect.
The rails were then returned to us, and we sent them on to a professional spray shop to be lacquered and then shipped them back to our customer.
The first time we received contact from Sarah Davison was 6 weeks after re-delivery of the lacquered rails. She told us the towel rails were the “wrong” colour Brass and did not match the other brassware in her bathrooms. Her other brassware was not from Livinghouse and we have no knowledge their appearance. Our towel rails are made of real brass.
Ms Davison now requested to change the colour of all seven towel rails to a black painted finish. We offered to look into the viability of this option, but our factory advised us that it’s not recommended to powder coat over a lacquered finish, so we informed Ms Davison that we could not carry out this work for her.
She then requested that we manufacture seven new towel rails because she wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the joints. There is no problem with these joints, but she did not like the look of the silver solder.
Natural brass towel rails cannot be welded with brass; they are always brazed using real silver solder. These joints are clearly shown on our website, and the architect even emailed us a close-up photo from our website at the time of ordering, requesting that we use this type of joint (photo below).
The architect and his client were therefore aware of the appearance of silver solder joints prior to ordering, and Ms Davison made no complaint about their appearance until May 2019, having had the rails in her possession for over a year at this point.
We are also aware that at least two of these towel rails had been fully installed prior to being returned for lacquering as this was discussed with the architect at the time - this explains the tarnishing on these two rails.
This is an unfortunate situation as our customer’s end-client has repeatedly changed her mind on the finish of these bespoke-made towel rails long after delivery. We did our utmost to meet her needs, but when we could not help she threatened us with negative reviews.

Two marvellous towel rails supplied by Livinghouse on separate occasions. Different designs and finishes - one wall mounted in black anthracite, another floor standing in brass.
Both are excellent and supplied within the quoted time. I had lots of advice from Livinghouse regarding sizes, dual fuel options, pipe locations, etc. Can't fault the quality, design or service from Livinghouse.

As a Salisbury resident, I first visited Livinghouse showroom on the off-chance of finding something different for my bathroom design. I’d already chosen most of my bathroom furniture from other suppliers, but wanted something other than chrome for the finishing touches. I’d heard Livinghouse were good for more unique tapwares. I have to say they did not disappoint. Not only were there gorgeous taps in all sorts of metallic finishes, but the style and quality of the other bathroom furniture was so good too. In the end I purchased brushed brass taps through their website, and also opted for one of their basins and freestanding baths, the designs of which were preferable to those I’d previously chosen elsewhere.
The products were all delivered in good time and I couldn't be happier with them now that they’re installed.
I would 100% recommend Livinghouse if you’re looking for a unique and stylish bathroom design.

I selected Livinghouse's Moca collection of bathroom taps and showers for my bathroom renovation earlier in the year.
I am very pleased with the outcome of the bathroom, with the Moca Taps being the perfect finishing touch in brushed brass.
I have to say Livinghouse were incredibly helpful throughout the quotation process and again helping my plumber with installation questions. I would recommend Livinghouse to anyone looking for something high-quality in the more unusual finishes like brass and copper.

Bought copper shower head and shower valve from livinghouse, which were both excellent quality and great value for money at that price. So much better than our old ones. Easy to use website, quick delivery.

If you wish to purchase high-end goods and receive a HIGH-END SERVICE, avoid using Living House (November 22, 2017).
Our order, a Lulu Heated Towel Rail (which exceeded £800), arrived promptly but in a substandard condition - being both scratched and inadequately packaged.
The Living House sales team were advised the following day and they requested images to illustrate the damage comprised of scratches and some discolouring of the chrome.
Upon receipt of the images, Living House responded by suggesting that the scratches were "watermarks', and that they needed to see the product before they could return any funds. Clearly, had they been watermarks they would have been wiped off. On advising Living House that the scratches were not watermarks, the company, including one of the companies female directors, continued with this preposterous insinuation, adding that "we were seemingly unwilling or not prepared to wipe off the marks." On being pressed further she seemed incapable of accepting responsibility - the implication being that the customer was lying. This insult was driven home further by Living House repeatedly advising us that the goods-out department had checked the product prior to dispatch and that they were clearly infallible.
Absolutely horrendous customer service at every level, the worst I have ever experienced. Furthermore, it took over a month for the money to be returned.
THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Comment from Livinghouse:
Thanks for taking the time to pass on your feedback.
We’re sorry that you weren’t satisfied with the service you received from Livinghouse.
Customer satisfaction and convenience are important to us, so we ask for photographs in the first instance as we may be able to determine the problem without inconveniencing the customer by collecting the goods for inspection.
It appeared from your photographs that these were water marks on the towel rail, so we recommended that you attempt cleaning with a soft cloth as a first step. If the marks still remained, we would then collect the towel rail for further inspection.
You then requested that you instead wanted an immediate refund because you could buy a cheaper towel rail on the high street, so we arranged to collect the towel rail and issue you with a full refund.
Although you made clear that you would like the full refund before the goods were collected, we unfortunately cannot issue refunds until we’ve received the goods.
The refund was processed on the day the goods arrived back to us (7th December), using a same-day bank transfer. The towel rail was later inspected by our Quality Control team and the marks were buffed out with an e-cloth.
Please accept our apologies if you were unhappy with your experience. We have taken your feedback on board and will use it to improve our future customer service.

I ordered a Japanese bath from this company and am delighted with the whole experience. The square bath is the perfect solution for my small en-suite bathroom. Ray was extremely helpful when placing the order, the delivery was exactly as scheduled and in perfect condition. Overall a great product and service. Thank you Livinghouse.

Perfect professional service from the first enquiry up to delivery. Ordered the copper taps for delivery to my project overseas. They were so helpful in quoting for the products including international shipping, supplied all tracking numbers and all arrived to site perfectly packaged. From enquiry to delivery in California took less than a week. And the quality of the tapware is second to none.

I found Livinghouse while searching for ideas on Houzz. I was initially looking at their gorgeous copper taps out of curiosity (I’d already chosen some chrome taps elsewhere for this project), but through browsing their website I found they had an extensive choice of freestanding baths. I was very close to purchasing a bath from another supplier, but Livinghouse had much nicer designs and better pricing! I called and spoke to them and was told they had plenty in stock, along with matching stone resin basins. True to their word, they delivered the products on my nominated delivery date (free of charge) which was only 2 days after I placed the order. Bath and basin are really stunning design and beautiful quality. Perfect service. Looking forward to the next project so I can use another bath and some of those copper taps!

Livinghouse provided all of the tap ware for a large hotel project in Edinburgh.
I was very impressed with how helpful they were in providing advice on the best compatible products to use together, and all of the drawings and fitting instructions beforehand for first fix. Taps were delivered to our schedule, which they collated into separate staged deliveries so we had them exactly when they were required.
The thing that really sets them apart is the quality and design of the products. These taps are nothing like anything we could find elsewhere - we're really happy with look and quality, and I'm glad they were able to offer a level of service to match.
