I have been a loyal customer of this company for over thirty years. I ordered some curtains in October - I liked some fabric which was a grey pattern - I received a sample from the fabric company which was green - Aberford said they would make sure that I would receive the grey . On their assurance that I would get the grey pattern I ordered the curtains and paid for them. I then decorated the room in a grey to match the curtains. You can imagine my horror when the curtains were delivered in December and the pattern was a green one. They do not match my room at all. The response from Aberford although polite has been negative. The owner Carol has not had even been in touch with me about this. I have spent a considerable amount of money on my room and feel I have been badly treated. I am so sad that a company who I trusted and liked could treat me so shabbily. My advice - don’t go to them.

Really disappointed with the service received today at the store by a young inexperienced lady called Taylor. My husband and i bought £700 worth of farrow & ball paint from this store some time ago not to mention i have been in several times since and purchased many Neptune and Garden trading accessories from them, I have always recived great service. However a couple of room paint tins we purchased we required emultion as apposed to egg shell and my husband was able to get an exchange with no issues despite it being a promotional item and way over the returns policy. There were a couple more tins we decided to change the colour of last minute before the decorator started work and as the tins i was exchanging for were not in the sale i was happy to just pay the extra for them. I was told over the telephone by her this would be fine however when i arrived to the store she was rude and abrupt no hello just a general bad attitude. She advised that the colour in question would have to ordered in i said that was fine she then she took further 10 minutes faffing on the system at which point i went around the store to have a browse and spotted a few things to purchase when i returned to the till she advised i could not get an exchange as thr items were promotional offers (despite the two tins i saw were in stock at full price which meant she could resell them). I explained my husband was able to get an exchange and bought an additional tins whilst getting an exchange. She advised this was not possible and i would have to buy them without getting an exchange. Depite her saying it was ok to do so both over the phone and initially when i came into store when she physically could see the tins had promotional stickers on. Needless to say i will be taking my business else where to an official Farrow & Ball store as well as shopping at the offical Neptune and Garden trading store future household pieces. I appreciate they are a small business and hope the owners of the store read this review and agree that this rude inexperienced staff member just demonstrated poor business practise on all counts and cut her nose to spite her face! Won't be shopping there again!

I have a new Neptune Kitchen purchased and installed by Aberford Interiors. I am so pleased with the build quality. The designer Mark had lots on ideas to help with my idea of a dream kitchen. After looking at many options regarding a new kitchen, we decided to purchase from Aberford interiors, the project from initial consultation to completion was project managed in a professional way, All sales personnel will promise you the Earth, but as they say the proof is in the eating. All the planning was as the script, not one cancellation by any of the fitting team, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting all worked liked clock work and all very nice individuals. I myself as an engineer will always look at work with a critical eye, the quality of all concerned was excellent. The time line from start to finish was as stated and kept to budget. Aberford Interiors supplied and installed our new kitchen in 2017. We found the planning and design process excellent with patient, professional and friendly staff. The designer understood what we wanted to achieve and made some brilliant suggestions which ensured we got a unique kitchen that looks beautiful and is functional, The installation programme was arranged to cause minimum disruption and it was a pleasure to have the fitter and painter in the house. We can’t praise the team at Aberford Interiors enough for their quality products and professional service.

Aberford Interiors came highly recommended to me by a friend when I told her I wanted a new kitchen. I already knew I wanted a Neptune Kitchen, and Aberford Interiors were able to supply and fit exactly what I wanted. From initial consultation to receiving a very professional looking set of images and plans took only two days. I was delighted with the design and amazed they had managed to make my kitchen look so much bigger and more spacious than before. We agreed a start date and a schedule of works and everything went exactly to plan. Aberford Interiors were very professional from start to finish, from design, to installation and aftercare service and thanks to them I now have my dream kitchen. The quality of the product and the service was excellent and I am now more than happy to highly recommend them myself.

We chose a Neptune kitchen after extensive shopping around. One of the deciding factors was the efficiency and professionalism of the staff at Aberford Interiors. Carol was so helpful and had some really good ideas we hadn’t thought of and when we visited the showrooms, the service was excellent and there were lots of interesting accessories we bought to make the kitchen very much in our own style. We kept to budget painlessly and everything went very smoothly. We really recommend the whole experience.
