“The overwhelming majority of reviews highlight all of the good and true things about B.C.M. London, Inc. and I will try to summarize here:1. Professional from beginning to end2. Highest level of customer service (promptly responsive to our many initial inquiries as well as the follow-up on punch-list at the end)3. Quality of work is exemplaryAs a detail-oriented person, I was extremely diligent in making the choice of which company to select for remodeling our 'already finished' basement. I requested and got quotes from multiple companies and ruled them in or out based on their responses. Salar Sayari came to our home, listened intently to the same description that I gave to all potential contractors (absolutely essential for apples-to-apples comparison), and prepared a quote based on our requirements. There was considerable back-and-forth between us and the finalists before we selected B.C.M. London, Inc. as our choice. The end result is justification for all of the preliminary efforts.What was done:1. Demo/removal of two built-in bookshelves and drywall repair2. Removal of Murphy Bed and drywall repair3. Complete bathroom renovation from tub and cabinet sink to pedestal sink and tiled, glass-enclosed shower4. Conversion of 'kitchenette' cabinetry to entertainment/bar area, including replacing backsplash, painting of cabinets and installation of LED lighting5. Build of floor-to-ceiling library on three walls of a u-shaped room6. Installation of internet cable and speaker wires for media room7. Complete painting of all walls, ceilings, doors, and trim8. Installation of both carpet and hardwood flooring9. Replacement of five ceiling fansA sizable renovation involving a lot of different trades, all coordinated and overseen by Salar. Further, Salar's demeanor was most impressive, listening carefully to all of our questions and explaining what our options were and how he could best address them. Professional, polite, a can-do attitude, and making us feel that he wanted us to be completely satisfied - you can't ask for more from a contractor.The project was not entirely hiccup-free - but whenever we saw something that was not what we wanted/expected, Salar was quick to make sure it was addressed. As a general rule, anyone looking to do a basement build/renovation should always check as much information as possible to make sure sufficient and pertinent data is being used to make the contractor selection. When available, also look for any photos of completed projects, whether posted online in a gallery on the company's website, or directly ask the contractor if any are available for viewing on a tablet or laptop. Salar was quick to show us examples of previous work and used those examples as idea generators for our project.The highest recommendation for a contractor is whether or not they have repeat clients. It is our intention to have another project queued up for the spring of 2017 and B.C.M. London, Inc. will once again be selected for bidding.”

Renata had great, creative ideas and was able to totally change the look of the room within our budget. She was extremely easy to work with, providing professional guidance toward our goal, being very accessible, generous with her time and she made the process fun. I would highly recommend this firm and will use them again in the future.”

“I wanted to redo my kitchen, and intended to get rid of everything and start fresh. Denise and I talked several times, while sitting in my then current kitchen. She asked a lot of questions about usage, and what I wanted to be able to do with the space. I thought I knew what I wanted it to look like; however, Denise proposed some changes in floor plan and traffic pattern that I hadn't considered. I'm so glad I went with her ideas and am thrilled with the result. In addition, she was mindful of my tastes and budget. Many designers know what looks good, but don't take into account the clients needs and taste. Denise designed the kitchen, and did most of the shopping for accessories, granite, etc; however, it is my kitchen, and perfect for me.”

“Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. We are beyond happy with what was done and will use Christopher again and have already referred him to a friend.”

“Direct Build remodeled our master bathroom. We are thrilled with the results . They were able to understand our vision very quickly and remodel the room exceeding our expectations . Of course , there are challenges during this process, but we worked through them to our compete satisfaction . We would recommend them to friends and use them for future projects. They are very easy to work with and very customer focused .”

“I recently used Change Your Bathroom to remodel a full bathroom in one of my rental properties. They discovered that the sub-floor had rotted through into the floor joists. Josh and his crew were able to repair the joists, build a new sub-floor and lay a beautiful new tile floor! I am very happy with the quality of workmanship, professionalism and value from this company. I will be calling them again for my next project!!”

“From the estimate to job completion every aspect of my master bathroom remodel was performed professionally, in a timely manner, and with excellent craftsmanship. Wisny Charles is a talented young man who pays attention to detail!! Other "wow" experience of the job was his preparation and daily cleaning on the job. “I had the extreme pleasure of working with Loyal Construction and Services for 2 major projects. Expectations were laid out up front and the crew consistently over-delivered! Truly amazing experience. Across 2 homes, all projects were completed in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and detail. The absolute best combination across all team members. Honesty is key and every step of the way, the team with Loyal explained everything and were open to all my questions throughout the process. I never felt I was being pressured to make one decision over another. The options were given to me in detail allowing our family to make the best decision for the house, with guidance on what was feasible. There are numerous horror stories out there, but but working with Loyal Construction and Services would fit best into the genre Rom-Com! We laughed together along the way and then fell in love with the high quality work when it was completed. Truly amazing every step of the way. “I worked with Rosa to help me design and order cabinets for my kitchen. Not only was she knowledgeable about the cabinet products, but she was so creative coming up with a design to fit the space of my room. She took into consideration the space, my style and what the cabinets will be used for. She was truly amazing to work with! She is very professional and there was never an email or call that she didn't get back to me with an answer in a timely manner. I knew throughout the whole construction and design process that she was there to help me come up with creative solutions that actually worked for the use of my kitchen! I would definitely work with Rosa again!!”
